今日一行8人,先去荃灣楊屋道街市買海鮮-西澳龍蝦$180/斤約2斤-愛爾蘭聖子$160,8隻-台山桶蠔$118-龍躉頭腩$5/両,2斤半共$200-爆膏膏蟹$240/斤,約$380-扇貝$80/斤,8隻$150-花螺$118/斤再開車入流浮山,原本目的地後邦記,無訂位無位。行去對面海景酒家試一試,果然有驚喜。屋企人指定要豉油王龍蝦,酒家呀姐話未試過咁整,一試正到不得了,個個讚不絕口。$240/斤爆膏薑蔥膏蟹真係爆曬膏,個個都話未見過咁多膏,真係一分錢一分貨。豉汁炒聖子師傅掉啲殼,冇墊返啲殼落去用個細碟上,無乜睇頭,但味道不錯。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝就最抵食蒸得又好食台山蠔今次細隻得滯,咬起上嚟無乜口感,但炸得都ok。 白灼花螺大隻得來冇乜口感。可能一次過上了幾個海鮮花螺就攤凍晒。又值得一提嗰個龍躉炆頭腩都好超值又好食。加咗個咕嚕肉同白灼唐生菜唔錯。買料$1510咕嚕肉、灼唐生菜+5罐汽水+加工費共$1140共$2650個個覺得好超值👍👍👍再去元朗食飯個B 仔涼粉。

老細請食飯梗係要就腳揀返元朗附近啦!今次揀咗流浮山,流浮山最出名就係食海鮮啦!咁有同事食開有相熟嘅海鮮舖頭,梗係去幫襯下啦!今次去咗呢間海景海鮮酒家,都係散嗌嘅total係人均$400左右一個海斑兩味咕嚕肉炸生蠔椒鹽鮮油蒜蓉蒸鮑魚蒜蓉粉絲扇貝海鮮炒飯海鮮湯豉油王海中蝦整體好夠鑊氣!最好食嘅係海斑兩味同豉油王海中蝦!基本上呢兩款都係流浮山每一間餐廳都有嘅嘢!佢鑊氣夠用猛火去走油再炒,基本上係冇得輸!所以今次係非常之滿足!大家有機會都可以試吓呢間!

流浮山的小店,每碟的份量足夠。龍躉兩食:龍躉炒西芹,龍躉的肉質鮮味,另外一是香煎焗龍躉骨, 龍躉骨被炸得香脆,很美味。豉椒炒蟶子,和別的店不一樣,已沒有外殼了,每一口都是鮮甜的聖子肉,好吃。而我最欣賞的,便是奄仔蟹,金黃色的蟹膏看下去以10分吸引,一口咬下去,蟹膏的香味在口腔裏四濺,10分有滿足感。酥炸生蠔也10分好味,外面的脆漿不厚,好肥美。蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子也是一絕,我最喜歡吃的是粉絲,因為他吸收了帶子的鮮甜,蒜蓉的香味,很美味呢。

年多前大sir在一個飯局内,問我肥華,有乜野食物未食過而又好想食,我回應佢話想食流浮山金蠔,呀sir即刻話下次食飯,就去流浮山食金蠔,點知受到疫情及限聚令双重夾擊情況,呢個金蠔宴遲遲未能成事,等到呀Sir發炆憎,最终都忍耐不住公告天下,作實在7月9号在流浮山海景,海鮮酒家舉行金蠔加豐盛海鮮宴,是晚呀sir除了安排食主角蜜汁煎金蠔外,再柯打清蒸菓皮大鮑魚,粉絲蒜蓉蒸大扇貝,鼓油皇煎大蝦碌,羗䓤炒大肉蟹,鼓椒炒蟶子皇(米粉底),再加一條清蒸大衫班,仲有隨餐附送嘅足料海鲜湯,清炒時菜,飯後生菓,咁嘅菜色該店又煑得相當好味,各出席同事都食得非常開心,都話多謝呀sir萬歲

朋友對此店的質素不太滿意,因為沒有讓客人自行挑選海鮮,感覺食物新鮮程度平平,就跟一般市區飯店差不多。我並不執着於要自己挑選海鮮,但的確遠道而來沒有感覺比一般出色,然而我們二人都沒有感到不值,因為收費遠低於我們預期。五道菜的單價沒有列出,餐牌上也沒有展示任何收貴,不過加上兩支啤酒、一個白飯、飯後果(橙一個),$1200不算貴。我倒是希望花多一點,換取更優的質素,這家試過一次就好。
