位於大圍的新強記,最出名的就是燒乳鴿和雞粥,所以我們一定會叫這兩款食物。這間酒樓已開業多年,酒樓內有一幅桂林山水的風景畫,點心種類多,而且大件。我們約11時半落單,但等了半小時才有點心,傳菜員說要慢工出細貨,我們叫了香蔥煎薄餅,和煎苧絲,薄餅煎得剛剛好,入口香脆,煎苧絲一點不油膩。接著便是乳鴿,它燒得不過火,皮脆肉嫩多汁,即使一人一隻也可以吃掉,雞粥我們是叫例牌的,但也有一大湯碗,我們四人平均每人可以吃到兩碗多,而且雞肉多,鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯是一個鍋,內有很多腐竹,湯味濃郁,豬肚稔,每人也吃到兩碗,我們還吃了韮菜豬紅和燒腩仔,也很好味,不會太鹹。這一餐我們全吃清光,而且非常滿足,還笑說可以再約在此吃晚飯。

這一餐我們全吃清光,而且非常滿足,還笑說可以再約在此吃晚飯。

有朋友試過話新強記幾好食(仲keep到喎),仲好強調乳鴿好正,咁就去試下啦,搭火車望到呢個餐館好多年,終於都有機會試試!未至於好好食,只能夠講合格……唔知係咪星期三晚跑馬既關係……😅d雞粥真係咸到一個點,我已經食得好重味,仲要有飲啤酒都覺得佢超重手……燒鵝微暖,皮都燒得幾靚,肉唔韌,微微肉汁,味/豉油偏咸。炸乳鴿上枱仲暖,不過一定要襯熱食,佢係用好細隻既乳鴿,所以肉嫩皮薄有少少肉汁,味道正常幾好。生炒骨個炸漿好厚/炸得少少過龍,個外皮好硬,都食唔到唔講個味!超咸雞粥雞件夠味好食,但係個粥咸到可以送啤酒咁濟………唉!!!金銀蛋浸時蔬,炒飯,正正常常。椒鹽豆腐熱,夠味,好食。唔知係咪我唔好彩,正常食套餐,應該日日都整好穩陣至岩,7點去食又唔算好多人,眼望又算多客。飲左7支啤酒,人頭3百幾。

微暖,皮都燒得幾靚,肉唔韌,微微肉汁,味/豉油偏咸。

炸乳鴿

上枱仲暖,不過一定要襯熱食,佢係用好細隻既乳鴿,所以肉嫩皮薄有少少肉汁,味道正常幾好。

生炒骨

個炸漿好厚/炸得少少過龍,個外皮好硬,都食唔到唔講個味!

超咸雞粥

雞件夠味好食,但係個粥咸到可以送啤酒咁濟………唉!!!


金銀蛋浸時蔬,炒飯,正正常常。
椒鹽豆腐
熱,夠味,好食。

唔知係咪我唔好彩,正常食套餐,應該日日都整好穩陣至岩,7點去食又唔算好多人,眼望又算多客。飲左7支啤酒,人頭3百幾。

以前去大圍踩單車 成日都經過新強記
舊式酒家 燒鵝乳鴿雞粥 係佢地既招牌菜

份量又多 仲有糖水送 食到好飽呀😋

新強記為一老字號海鮮酒家,喺大圍火車站附近,都算交通方便,12:00入到酒家已9成坐滿,裝修簡單,所以價錢都好平,當中不小懷舊點心,例如:鮮豬潤燒賣、百花釀魚肚、古法燒腩卷、懷舊糯米包、肉骨茶小籠包等等以燒鵝為名,每枱都見到有叫燒味、燒鵝,所以我都試吓馳名既燒鵝、乳鴿同燒腩仔 😀燒鵝鵝皮香脆, 有油花, 肥而不膩, 🐷燒腩仔香脆, 惹味可口, 乳鴿肉多汁鬆軟、外層好脆👍🏻點心方面都叫咗不小,最驚喜係鮮豬潤燒賣,大大粒勁多蝦,非常滿足,芝麻卷🤣,巳經喺酒樓賣小見小,真心懷念,今日過足癮,食個痛快😁
