速食生煎皇新年正月初,食肆唔開波,新年頭搵食,都要講實力。初3就在銅鑼灣登龍街正宗上海生煎皇來個速食。正宗上海生煎皇店舖面積不大,下午2時,飯市已過,一樣人頭湧湧。正宗上海生煎皇,主打生煎包,小籠包,上海雲吞,上海小食和上海飯/面等,除銅鑼店外,在旺角、深水埗和大埔都有分店。之前吃過生煎包,水準不錯。今天換換口味,坐下就簡單叫了蔥爆牛肉配上海菜飯和白灼蠔油唐生菜。蔥爆牛肉蔥香撲鼻,牛肉厚身,肉質鮮嫩,牛味濃郁,配上傳統菜飯,飯粒煙韌,口感豐富。白灼蠔油唐生菜也不錯,唐生菜新鮮,色澤嫩綠,入口冧甜。

小籠包有三款口味可供選擇,揀左較多人推介嘅蟹粉小籠包 ($35/2個)。小籠包手工果然一流,望落去皮薄而摺數多,而且挾起時亦不易破損,可以清楚睇到裡面的湯汁。輕輕咬開,蟹粉同豬肉嘅比例若為三比二,入口皮薄多汁,有蟹鮮味,非常抵食。

意猶未盡,決定再點多客上海菜肉雲吞 ($35/6隻) 作結。雲吞一碗共有  6  粒,隻隻大小相若,上桌後先舀起一粒細看,外皮雖然未至於薄至透餡,但食落都幾滑溜,而且入口還帶鮮明蔬菜香,就算多吃也不覺膩口。

臨走前見鄰桌點了一客外婆紅燒肉湯麵,見碟上的五花腩肉切得大小適中,而且件件都被濃稠的醬汁包裹著,賣相吸引,下次來一定要試下。

情人節本打算開開心心與他慶祝,可是放工時接到他的電話,說要加班,要晚點才能和我慶祝。唯有獨自一人閒逛,途經"正宗上海生煎皇",那就先吃了食物墊底,待他放工後才吃大餐。來到這裏,又怎可以不點生煎包,這裏的生煎王真的超級好吃,而且價錢平易近人,4個包包也只是HK$35,生煎包包底香脆,皮薄,內裏裝著滿滿的肉汁,入口時肉鮮味強,口感爽嫩,超級美味。吃上海菜,又怎可以少得酸辣湯,酸辣湯的材料十足,木耳及筍絲都非常爽脆、而且味道酸酸辣辣的,吃後非常醒胃,不過,個人認為味道再辣一點會更好喝。涼拌青瓜海蜇 - 海蜇上加了大量黃色的香蒜醬,而下層則是青瓜塊,海蜇口感超讚,爽口得來又有咬口,而青瓜味道清新,能中和香蒜醬的辛辣味,非常不錯。 由於喝了酸辣湯怕熱氣,點了凍豆漿來喝,當是清熱下火吧。大概快樂的時光總是過得特別快,吃著吃著,離開時已經是830PM了,幸好收到他的電話來接我,好吧,下一場食又開始了。

涼拌青瓜海蜇 - 海蜇上加了大量黃色的香蒜醬,而下層則是青瓜塊,海蜇口感超讚,爽口得來又有咬口,而青瓜味道清新,能中和香蒜醬的辛辣味,非常不錯。

去到俗稱拉麵街的登龍街,難得發現了特別的生煎包,和朋友決定入去朝聖!上海生煎包 - 兩個($18)不愧是主打菜,生煎包的湯汁很多,非常juicy,店員上菜時更要提醒小心燙,真的非常爆汁!外脆內香,非常不錯!酸辣湯麵($40)主食方面有驚喜,天寒地凍,最想吃酸酸辣辣的暖身,湯底濃郁,面條有彈性,整體酸辣適中!蒜泥白肉($35)肉質鮮嫩,香辣可口,和朋友很快光盤!整體上,店員友善,而且食物有質素,價錢公道!下次有機會一定會再幫襯!

説到吃粵菜的話,我總會先選擇上海菜。無他,上海菜式花款多,總有一款適合你。所以趁著週末和朋人一同前往嘗試最近常聽到的這間正宗生煎包。因為是週末,所以到達時已見有小人龍,所幸人流很快,不用等太久便能進去。主角是生煎包,所以每張枱上也貼著這個溫馨小提示,跟著步驟吃生煎包必定最美味吧只看表面和其他生煎包沒大分別,但吃下感覺完全不同!!熱騰騰的生煎包載著滿滿的湯汁,包底煎得香脆,一口吃下連同嫩滑的豬肉真的令人一試難忘。擔擔麵分量足,微辣的麵在寒冷天氣下令人吃完變得暖洋洋,味道也不錯。小籠包皮薄涵多,而且又是有滿滿的湯汁,多吃幾個也可以雞絲粉皮也不錯吃。唐生菜分量也足夠。上菜速度快,所以我們很快便可以吃完,還外賣了生煎包帶回家呢!

咬開小籠包,好開心,熱辣辣多湯汁,話明係灌湯,冇講錯。裏面肉餡都幾新鮮,豬肉有彈牙口感,雖然食咗生煎包,但係再食小籠包,都覺得味道唔同,兩者絕對可以同時食,因為份量唔算多,食完生煎包都唔覺滯,再食小籠包更加開胃。

蒜泥白肉都沾滿了辣椒油,每片豬肉都是薄切的,令蒜蓉和辣味都比較容易滲透。豬肉不肥,多吃幾塊也不怕。肉質是結實的新鮮的,味道是超香濃的蒜蓉味,辣味只是微辣,朋友不能吃辣的,覺得也可接受。而且他最欣賞是蒜蓉,又新鮮又香,作為晚餐前的小吃,非常適合!

原來蒜泥白肉下低還有青瓜墊底,青瓜粒也很新鮮,非常清香爽口,拌著蒜蓉和辣椒油一起吃,完全可以消去油膩感覺,而且青瓜是醃過醋的,略帶醋酸味,很香,又幫助消化,真的越吃越開胃。

可惜我哋仲要留返個胃嚟食晚飯,唔可以再食咁多嘢啦。但係今次食咗呢幾樣小食,覺得呢度每樣食物都係平凡中帶不平凡,絕對值得以平民價,品嚐高質素食物,一定再返嚟幫襯。埋單$99,兩個人食下午茶都算抵食。

午後時份,看見店中空位,於是入座。天冷,門口位也很冷。點了數個菜,上菜爽快。招牌的生煎包厚度適中,煎得剛剛好。四川擔擔面辣味香濃,用了粗面比坊間更有特色,可惜花生醬不夠濃,份量較少,一般女生剛好,男生就較難講。雞絲粉皮只有雞絲和粉皮,兩樣都爽口,惟欠缺青瓜,味道層次不足,分量不大,因此放在前菜,分量相比新蒲崗手拉麵小廚約少一半。外婆紅燒肉湯面的紅燒肉我猜是用2:1瘦比肥的黃金比例的五花腩,加上香而入口不會太濃、不油膩的燒汁,完勝大多數餐廳,順帶一提,麵和肉是分開上的。豆漿充滿豆味,略帶豆渣,增添口感,甜味適中,不像維他奶。 總結一下,味道優勝已經難得,加上不錯的的衛生和服務,這家店值得被推薦。
