星期六晚,去了豆柴同柴犬玩後,就去左附近的登龍街醫肚。尤記得早前和同事來食過不俗的泰國菜,本想encore ,但好耐無食生煎飽,最後都係轉軚。生煎包水準依舊出色,多汁。涼伴茄子比想像中好食,汁唔太重味,醒胃。我地仲試左新豬肉餃,所謂的新豬肉,是以大豆製,係健康的選擇。味道都有豬肉的八成相似。推介生煎包。 continue reading

今晚去銅鑼灣搵嘢食,咁啱行過見到呢間上海生煎包,見到有唔同的小食就決定食呢間!等位時間都唔係好耐,但係要人齊先可以入座。坐低左自己叫嘢食,我哋今晚叫咗三個小食,有雞絲粉皮、紅油抄手同埋外婆紅燒肉。嘢食好快就送到,三款小食的份量都很適中,就算沒有叫主食,兩個人都食得好飽。雞絲粉皮 $35雞絲份量適中不會很小,而且粉皮口感很有彈牙。配上芝麻醬,整體感覺很好👍🏻👍🏻紅油抄手六隻 $38感覺皮有啲厚,但是勝在餡料十足。而且辣椒油很入味,有麻辣的感覺!外婆紅燒肉 $42只有四塊,肉是半肥瘦,入口即溶!感覺食左勁多骨膠原☺️☺️ continue reading

好耐之前食過一次,果陣好似未有套餐出,都係散叫既,但上次就對間店好感不大,事隔一段日子同同事再比多次機會佢,食多次,今次有套餐揀。上海粗炒暫時係我食過最好食既上海粗炒,一d都唔油,個味調得岩岩好,唔會太甜又夠味,配菜同肉絲份量都岩岩好,麵條軟硬都適中。川麻雞中翼(套餐+$14)好普通既炸雞翼,唔覺得有辣味。蜜椒雞排菜飯($42)個汁有少少辣,雞排厚身唔鞋但又未至於嫩滑,菜飯冇乜特別。堅信號灌湯小籠包(套餐+$26)熱辣辣小籠包,食果陣真係要小心d,咬開會流d 湯汁出黎,d 肉唔鞋既,個皮適中啦,整體都做得幾好會再食 continue reading

和友人很久沒小聚, 襯中午飯時間短聚一下也收貨.但短聚也不能馬虎, 就去一直想試很久的上海生煎飽!一個餐加個小吃, 感覺幾豐富.   芝麻醬五彩冷麵麵質煙韌, 口感不錯配料OK, 芝麻醬沒有特別加工, 普通份量適中. 合格.   堅信號生煎飽很期待, 結果很失望飽的質感有點乾, 有點硬. 生煎飽的底很黏牙, 不是脆的嗎...肉汁是有, 但可能加了醋? 有點酸. 我和朋友都不喜歡, 但看旁邊有客人讚好吃, 雖然坐她對面的朋友也不太認同..  所以見仁見智吧...   蜜椒雞扒菜飯菜飯, 是只有我習慣菜飯的菜都有加鹽嗎?我覺得這個菜飯, 一點味都沒有, 太淡... 失望雞扒是煎得幾香, 少少脆皮有蜜糖, 但原來蜜椒就係蜜糖雞扒加茶記黑椒汁.. 小籠包 (忘記拍照)皮不算太薄但第一隻一夾就穿, 還好之後三隻都沒有穿.. 餡料味道還好, 有肉湯, 不錯 價錢來說還好, 但質數相比後, 不算很吸引, 真想不到吃什麼的時候, 這裡也是可考慮一個選擇.  continue reading
