冬天好像就離不開打邊爐、燒烤、雞煲,繼上兩次雞煲之後,今次輪到了打邊爐~山長水又遠黎到美食之都元朗,任食火鍋才$128~超抵食~~食物選擇都幾多,丸類很多,牛肉片、豬腩片,還有很特別芝士撻~最特別居然有一次排隊拎片皮鴨~還有每位送新鮮鮑魚一隻~~飽魚仲識郁下郁下架~最特別係呢間既豬腩肉居然比肥牛好味⋯完全無食到肥牛⋯就係拎豬腩肉食~呢個價錢咁多選擇都算幾可以~

繼上兩次雞煲之後,今次輪到了打邊爐~
山長水又遠黎到美食之都元朗,

一家人出街食飯,落左樓下權發酒樓,見到有新甜品---- 燉椰皇,想試下。問個侍應等幾耐到,佢答十五分鐘。差唔多食飽飽就落單啦。點知等左二十分鐘都未到,就問個侍應,佢話廚房唔出,我都冇辦法,轉頭又講要再等多十五分鐘。等了又等,十五分鐘過後,個椰皇仲未出現,再次問侍應,佢只係問要幾多個椰皇,就走左去,完全冇回覆。再等多五分鐘,仍然未黎,諗住埋單走人,點知無侍應理我地,可能怕我地又催單。結果。呢個椰皇由落單到到達需要九個字時間。味道方面,不過不失,唔算特別出色,唔值得等咁耐。唔食好過食

呢間野對我黎講真係又愛又恨,野食唔貴,宵夜時段可以算平,是日靚湯的足料程度什至可比鴻X,但以一半價錢享受,係好抵。我推薦烏雞海螺瘦肉湯同冬瓜盅。兩款湯都十分之足料入味,正氣,份量夠。冬瓜盅更係一大個原盅燉,足足夠4個人飲,每人兩碗。另外小菜都抵食,亦多海鮮類揀,每碟都係80蚊左右,兩個人叫兩餸一湯仲可以打包,可想而知夠晒份量。我地今次另外叫左個本地龍蝦跟芝士伊麵底,龍蝦夠肉地,味道就不及過江龍蝦啦,但勝在有芝士伊麵底搭救,都夠晒味。美中不足的是某些staff的態度,大部份staff算nice, 係其中一個員工俾左個好差的經驗我,詳情不再說了, 不過明顯唔識咩叫以禮待客,食到條氣頂住就好無意義,最後我無同老細投訴,希望老細會自己發現問題員工,作出應份的指引啦。

好耐無去飲茶食點心, 見到好多食評都話權發既點心抵食, 今日一於去試下, 2點去到都好多人吓, 要撘枱, 原來1:45已經係下午茶時間。 都有好多點心選擇, 我哋叫咗咖哩蒸土魷、鮮蝦菜苗餃、煎蝦米腸、芋絲餅、山竹牛肉、燒賣、雞扎, 雖然係下午茶特價, 啲點心一啲都無欺場, 大大件。 咖哩蒸土魷夠入味、菜苗餃入面隻蝦都幾大隻, 啲蒸嘢唔錯, 不過碟煎蝦米腸同芋絲餅就麻麻哋 。  2碟都唔熱, 蝦米腸有啲硬, 芋絲餅就唔夠脆, 有啲失望。 我見好多人食紅荳沙, 本來我都想試吓, 不過實在太熱, 都係走人。  2個人埋單都係 $100, 又真係好抵喎, 唔怪之咁多食評話佢抵食啦。

最近忙得很,連飲茶都少左,今日黎左權發飲個下午茶,張點心紙又多左幾款新野喎。蛋煎糯米雞蛋漿包住糯米雞煎香,好脆口,新款又好食。蜜糖脆麻花好好彩新做起,好脆又有蛋香,糖漿再多點更好。芋絲炸春卷一絲絲芋絲,少少五香粉調味,炸得香脆。潮州粉粿粉葛,花生,芫荽加上調味唔錯,粉皮又唔黏口,好味。黑椒蒸大腸蒸得好淋好入味,黑椒都幾辣好刺激。沙薑豬手好鐘意佢個汁,有芫荽,南薑,辣椒等,豬手爽脆,點汁食真係好正。椒鹽魷魚鬚呢個太炸啦,燶哂,粉又厚,勝在好大碟。醬汁蒸鴨掌好入味又蒸得夠哂淋,芋頭吸哂啲汁好味。蓮容蛋黃包上枱熱辣辣好軟熟,蓮容不過甜又滑,大大粒鹹蛋黃正呀。好彩坐到中間枱,冷氣夠涼。如果坐近門口好熱㗎,上次仲有蚊咬添。

酒樓的裝修還算好,就是地毯有些不乾淨。第一道是甜薄撐,不是太甜,而且花生和椰絲也算多。第二道是燒賣,肉質都算是新鮮,粒粒飽滿,挺好吃的。第三道是潮州粉果,用料十足,非常豐料。第四道是糯米麥粥,甜度適中,麥米彈牙,花生夠稔,豐料糖水。第五道是南乳花生豬手,豬手夠稔夠入味,又不算肥,比較健康,花生也很稔。第六道是煎腸粉,腸粉很滑,很好吃,而且也煎得很好第七道是灌湯餃,我們點了兩個,這個沒什麼特別,但是用料也算挺好,起碼沒有內臟什麼的。第八道是馬拉糕,馬拉糕非常鬆化,軟綿綿的。以上為星期六下午茶的特價點心紙,非常抵食。我們吃了九個點心也才$110,已星期六來算都已經是幾平喇。而且茶錢也是$5,價錢非常實惠,可以說是街坊價。

以上為星期六下午茶的特價點心紙,非常抵食。我們吃了九個點心也才$110,已星期六來算都已經是幾平喇。而且茶錢也是$5,價錢非常實惠,可以說是街坊價。

見上次新春都無加價,母親節又黎碰下運氣先,同樣無加價,不過今日無左特價點心,計返下午茶點心價錢,比起其他茶樓都算係咁。豆沙煎軟餅,面底沾滿芝麻好香口,煎起即刻上碟所以熱辣辣好好食,豆沙不太甜,凍食會變得有點硬,還是趁熱食好。炒米粉,碟頭大,不算油,料亦下得頗多,炒得夠鑊氣,乾身好食。馬拉千層糕,咸蛋的咸香加上馬拉糕軟熟香甜,又係好好味,不過凍左變硬又濕左就麻麻。珍珠糯米雞,有雞肶肉,蝦,瑤柱同肥豬肉等,混入紅米增加口感,味道唔錯,飽肚之選。

粉果外皮很黏,一夾時也黏着傍邊的粉果,以致內饀倒了大半出來,外皮不太好吃,但內裡餡料很足,也有香脆的花生,而且不會太鹹,以$3.8來說都ok.

羊城菜肉包 ($6.8)

一籠三件的菜肉包即蒸外皮鬆軟,而且不會過厚,肉饀比菜還要多,而且肥肉不多,個人幾喜歡.

臘味糯米飯 ($10.8)

臘味不多,但糯米飯軟硬適中,以$10.8來說做足功課.

自選孖寶 ($16.8)

鳳爪排骨飯

賣相不錯,但我沒試吃呢!

蟹籽燒賣皇

4粒飽滿的燒賣單看賣相已一流,爽口蝦肉加上豬肉的燒賣是賣飛佛!

家鄉釀茄子 ($8.8)

釀茄子也是大大件的,剛炸起很味呢!

桂花椰汁糕 ($7.8)

桂花的清甜與椰汁的香濃也很夾呢,而且彈性十足,$7.8一客真是平到呢!

叫了很多點心,知道一定吃不完的,所以外帶了很多回家成為下午茶了.

這店的點心份量很大,而且價錢平得過份,難怪客人也不少.

總共7款點心,結帳只是$71,沒想過會那麼平,而且水準絕對令人滿意,一定會再來呢!
