本人和丈夫一直都想試試明記的食物,終於在年初六晚上試試。上到一樓樓上,見裝修簡單有大排檔的風味。心想一試無妨,待應照呼水平基本。我們叫了清蒸鮑魚仔,蟹肉荳苗和滷水鵝片。旁邊的食客越來越多,很有熱鬧氣氛。食物很快便到了,一看⋯咦,為何鮑魚仔是無殻的?蒸熟後在碟上轉來轉去,一入口,感覺很硬,完全無鮑魚味,只有雪味! $58 一隻,只是感覺到是不新鮮的「彊屍」鮑魚。之後的荳苗十分老身,非常多纤維。另外的滷水鵝片比較鹹,只能配白粥。埋單$530,平心而論,水準低於正常,實在不值這價錢。第一次光顧也是最後一次,水準有待進一步改善。

因為之前一路都好食 突然響一年前的一個晚上失左水準 細問下廚房轉左人 之後無再幫襯今晚 同個朋友慶祝生日再試多1次看看鹵水什拼...味道不過不失..不會偏甜或咸"獅堪" 朋友話好中意呢個"獅堪" 因為有陣陣酒香....佢強調自己整都冇咁入味...魚香茄子煲,微辣...茄子入味之外又足料 叫個白飯送一流....淡淡的wasabi配豬扒......好入味...好特別...炒花甲...個汁好香好濃..花甲有肉夠大..唯一美中不足係好多花甲都唔唔開口 蒜容開邊蝦..正...勁多蒜...個底D粉絲索晒..好入味..如果粉絲再多D仲正...另外沒有入鏡的通菜煲....都係有椒絲同蒜粒...多左d白飯魚仔同蝦米...而且石頭燒...可以keep到個菜嘅溫度...熱辣辣...!韮菜豬紅 豬紅入味 帶點微辣 惹味

通菜煲....都係有椒絲同蒜粒...多左d白飯魚仔同蝦米...而且石頭燒...可以keep到個菜嘅溫度...熱辣辣...!

食左幾次打冷, 呢間味道真不錯,價錢不貴, 比我地平時打冷的大排檔或簡單菜館, 呢度坐得好舒服呀, 係酒樓格局. 有幾款套餐,如A套餐是浸蚬/ 炒蚬,配鵝片拼盤$198 , 炒菜也夠大碟.  咸茶&花生好好味, 咸菜係有一次偏咸左d  , 螄蛤更一絕, 味道咸淡剛好,又新鮮.

食左幾次打冷, 呢間味道真不錯,價錢不貴, 比我地平時打冷的大排檔或簡單菜館, 呢度坐得好舒服呀, 係酒樓格局. 
有幾款套餐,如A套餐是浸蚬/ 炒蚬,配鵝片拼盤$198 , 炒菜也夠大碟.  
咸茶&花生好好味, 咸菜係有一次偏咸左d  , 螄蛤更一絕, 味道咸淡剛好,又新鮮.

完成今天的快閃行山,已是夜晚六點多近七點,幾個好友也在新界附近,便約好一起吃個便飯,最後選了荃灣的明記,去到門口才知道在同一條街開了新舖,雖然廚房的出品應該不同但也不妨一試。有些友人要遲到,便先點第一輪菜慰藉肚餓的人,這裡是打冷加小菜,所以點了紅腸墨魚,紅腸正正常常而墨魚爽口也吃得過;印象中沙薑雞腳用的雞腳通常比較大,這裡的是少一點的,雞腳沒什麼特別但覺得沙薑的味可以重一點。潮陽盬水炸豆腐夠熱夠脆已立於不敗之地,只是豆味不算重,唯有沾多一點醋來釣味;荔枝醬燒排骨仔應該是生炒骨的變種,味道跟生炒骨差無幾,吃著肉的部份真的不多,不過也酸甜惹味。豬油渣蝦乾生炒菜心苗炒得不錯,菜心苗幼嫩有不俗油香,而這個雖是菜類,但加上豬油渣肯定邪惡度爆升,而且豬油渣沒切粒而是一整條橫陳菜心當中,就算不吃它只吃菜也肯定吃到油渣味;一同上檯的炸九肚魚粉漿有點厚,但因夠脆和魚肉嫩滑所以也吃可以一吃;普寧豆醬燒雞是第一輪中比較不濟的菜式,普寧豆醬下得不夠也煮得不入味,雞沒有燒過的感覺,肉也過熟自然是比較粗糙。第二輪追加的有潮州也有飽肚東西,豬紅入口是爽口一類,而味道只是一般,感覺是煮豬紅的汁不夠濃凡關係;炒麵線出來

第二輪追加的有潮州也有飽肚東西,豬紅入口是爽口一類,而味道只是一般,感覺是煮豬紅的汁不夠濃凡關係;炒麵線出來夠熱,麵線有點咬口調味不過火,不消一會已給麵怪食友清了碟;最後的炆潮州春菜效果不錯,春菜夠軟爛,入口沒有苦澀也有吸收了同煮的肉味。

總括來說今晚的菜式不過不失,有個別好一點的也有令人比較失望的,但其價錢親民和地點也算方便,希望小店可以努力愈做愈好。
