有一段時間,因為疫情關係,好少出外食晚飯了,通常都在家食。近來,疫情好像緩和了點,好想出外食飯透下氣。難得,今晚清閒,唔想煮,約埋老公,去我們相熟的餐廳食飯,因實在好久沒來了,又好掛着那些小菜味道。我倆常在星期六放假就會在呢度食翻個扒餐,愛其大大份,又平宜就可以食到一個扒餐。夠平民!雖是在工廠大廈內,沒受到疫情影響下,食客都不少,招呼不斷!餐廳的裝潢都沒有太大的改變,現在坐起來寬鬆多了,要保持距離!因為只得我倆,選擇上都有點困難,因為不能叫得太多,但胃口是沒法擋,樣樣都想食。幸好,有套餐可選擇,又可選我倆想食的小菜。我倆叫了一個套餐,再加兩個小菜。大胃王消化了四個小菜、甜糕點、糖水。真是食得挺飽,又開心的。套餐我倆選了加料的套裝,要另加$20元,就可以食到我哋想食的小菜。兩個小菜、白飯、無味精老火湯、甜糕點。話梅骨~之前食過蜜糖欖角排骨,非常惹味。今次轉食話梅骨,愛其甜甜酸酸,開胃提味,夏日炎炎必食的小菜,排骨包上薄粉槳,再油炸,炸得外脆肉嫩,外面掛上話梅的甜酸,好味又開胃。薑蔥魚雲煲~老闆極力推介的小菜,他說:一點醒都沒有的,果然是,還好好味,真是沒介紹錯。碟內不是全部都是魚雲,都有

話梅骨~之前食過蜜糖欖角排骨,非常惹味。今次轉食話梅骨,愛其甜甜酸酸,開胃提味,夏日炎炎必食的小菜,排骨包上薄粉槳,再油炸,炸得外脆肉嫩,外面掛上話梅的甜酸,好味又開胃。

薑蔥魚雲煲~老闆極力推介的小菜,他說:一點醒都沒有的,果然是,還好好味,真是沒介紹錯。
碟內不是全部都是魚雲,都有魚腩在內,薄粉炸香脆,魚雲啖啖滑滑,魚腩少骨多肉,鮮味香濃,加上薑蔥散發出來的香味,融入魚肉內,更美味!

桃膠蓮子手磨杏仁露~食甜品的胃真大,已食了椰汁糕,還可以再食杏仁露,看見用料全都是養顏滋潤的食材,當然不能錯過的,杏仁露香濃又滑,沒有粒粒,夠creamy,好稠、桃膠粒粒夠彈、蓮子夠棯,甜絲絲,好美味,一定會再食。

很久也沒來觀塘吃飯,當然要試這區的特色餐廳。選了這間鍋氣小炒,餐廳裝修不算新淨,但勝在寬敞,坐得舒服,適合朋友聚會。地理位置10分方便地鐵站一出行5分鐘就到,而且入去差啲之前都要做出防疫措施,用搓手液洗手同埋安心出行之後開始點餐:鹵水拼盆和朋友叫了一知鹵水小拼盆,叫了就後悔,不是因為不好吃,而是份量很多,足足夠3-4人食用。鹵水香,而且它的食材新鮮,配上啤酒或白飯真是一流。炸乳鴿它的乳鴿也是大大隻的,表皮炸得很香很脆,內里鴿肉很入味,大大隻的,非常多肉。而且我見差唔多每一台都有嗌所以自己都想試一下。薑汁炒時蔬薑汁炒得很香,而且非常有鍋氣,不是一般餐廳能炒到有的。而且出嚟嘅顏色都好鮮綠色係我鍾意食嘅味道。甜品最後老闆還送了兩舊紅豆糕給我們,真是非常欣切,難怪那麼多熟客

週末去觀塘區做運動,之前先去新匯聚餐廳小廚吃飯。地點還算方便,只需走一層樓梯即可到達,免卻等候升降機之麻煩。食物選擇種類相當多,總能揀到心頭好。今天的選擇是芝士焗黑椒蜜薯牛仔粒。 可以選配焗飯或焗意大利粉,我選擇了後者。稍等一會,食物隨即預備好。味道整體不錯,擺盤也精美。芝士份量不會太多,不會太過油膩。薯仔名副其實是蜜薯,很甜而且很稔。牛仔粒幾大粒,很有咬口,不是偷工減料的用料。配合黑椒味道,更加香。意大利粉口感適中,偏向較有嚼勁的。餐飲是凍檸茶,少甜少冰,名副其實少甜得來,但又剛好把檸檬的苦澀蓋住,還真的不錯。

今次來多了很多客人,疫情緩和後餐廳都變得熱鬧了,店面繁忙了,但店員都會關顧到每一枱。有人氣,食飯都比較開心。.酸梅子薑蒸鵝 | $150想點滷水鵝肉,不過老闆及店員極力推薦此味,家人也忍不住要點來試試。用了酸梅及子薑,整道菜酸酸的,鵝肉也沾上了酸梅味,喜歡食酸的不能錯過。酥炸德國鹹豬手 | $170以前跟朋友來吃過,記得它的醬料幾惹味。今次推介家人一起吃,豬手切件上,方便食用豬皮炸得好脆,豬手不太鹹,點些芥末醬佐酒更添味道。椰汁紅豆糕飯後店員送上免費的椰汁紅豆糕兩件,夠冰凍,椰汁味重,飯後吃件小甜品剛好。

收工和朋友來到觀塘新匯聚餐廳小廚食晚飯,這裡主打嘅係潮式打冷和大排檔式粵菜,呢兩款菜系在香港亦不乏x場客,而我和同行友人就係其中兩位。坐低後老闆熱情推介左一款隱藏菜式梅子蒸鵝,咁難得遇到當然要試下。唔好以為鵝一定要食燒嘅,呢到嘅蒸鵝配上自製梅子嘅果醬,食嘅上黎一啲都唔會輸,仲有種清新開胃感,食強幾舊都唔會怕膩。第二樣食蠔仔煎餅,呢到嘅蠔餅非常大份,夠晒四個人食,炸得很夠晒香口,蠔仔肉亦好香甜,非常不錯。最後仲有一份欖角骨拼椒鹽鮮魷,椒鹽鮮魷絕對係大排檔必食嘅菜式,咸香脆嘅口感,是一碟非常適合下酒嘅小食,而欖角骨用上蜜油去製作,食落香甜,肉質亦好soft,適合小朋友食用。

侍應見我們吃到八八九九,便送上甜品餐牌。中西式的甜品也有供應。食中菜,個人鍾愛配中式甜水,不過時下好吃的中式糖水已買少見少,所以便試一試這裏的出品。

杏仁露不是用燉盅或碗上檯,而是用高身外賣器皿,起初以為店員誤會我們要外賣走,卻原來糖水是店員從附近另一間分店取過來,為確保衞生所以用上外賣兜。

糖水還是温熱狀態,質地稍杰身,杏汁味濃,入口細滑,最開心是入面有很多黃金晶瑩的桃膠、鬆化的蓮子,非常足料,所以臨走前再叫多兩碗外賣帶走,給家人享用。

雖然是送給客人的飯後甜, 不過用料也足,亦不會太甜,入面有很多馬豆,亦富椰香味,正正方方一粒,用叉食十分方便。


菜館雖然沒有時下流行的華麗佈置,但出品就以實實在在的質素吸引食客,在這裏點幾個撚手小菜,同朋友嗒番兩杯,高談闊論,不失為一個好地方。
