想不到在觀塘這工業區,有這一間有大排檔風味,環境又舒服的中式餐廳,於是今天收工就來試試了。我們點了個二人套餐,有兩個靚仔、無味精老火湯和是日甜品🤩👍🏼再加一客酥炸大腸配蓮藕餅😁話梅骨話梅骨類似生炒骨,沒有生炒骨那種過酸的感覺,反而有甜甜的香味,而且這道菜還配有三色椒😋,色彩繽紛,令人食慾大增。濃湯粉絲雜菜煲晚餐一定要來個菜,我選了這雜菜煲,有冬菇、粉絲、蝦米、草菇、油麥菜、小白菜、菜心、西蘭花🥦,非常豐富,各式各樣的菜,任君選擇。而且湯底是雞湯底🤩👍🏼酥炸大腸配蓮藕餅蓮藕餅是蓮藕夾住豬肉碎乍起,新鮮酥脆,面頭配上炸蒜粒和辣椒碎,更加惹味🔥豬大腸也是新鮮炸起😌我也吃了不少😋最後還送上椰汁馬豆糕,鮮甜好味,畫上完美的句號。

今晚同媽咪去到觀塘嘅工廠區發掘左一間有潮州小菜嘅餐廳,一到步老闆就十分用心又興奮咁為我哋推介小菜。喺芝麻雞同手撕雞嘅選擇之間,我哋今晚就試吓手撕雞。手撕雞有少少辣,但係感覺幾清新,係開胃嘅前菜。 老闆話,其實可以要求多麻多辣,視乎個人喜好。再叫咗一隻燒乳鴿,燒乳鴿非常多肉入味,而且肉質嫩滑,一人半隻,啱啱好。媽咪係潮州人,揀咗一樣潮州小菜,韭菜豬紅,分量十足,啲湯又唔會太杰,非常美味。最後叫咗一碟椒鹽炸豆腐,老闆話最好就係點醋食,外面脆,入邊豆腐夠滑。店員特別推介蜂蜜梳打水,所以我哋都嗌左一杯試吓,凍冰冰,酸酸甜甜,非常配合今晚叫嘅小菜。老闆仲送咗一份馬豆糕俾哋,有個甜品作結尾好滿足。我覺得呢一間餐廳老闆同店員都非常熱情,小菜出色,地點亦都方便,雖然係工業區,但係地方清潔,非常有水準,會係家人朋友聚會嘅好地方。

工廠大廈都會有穩世美食,今日難得同朋友出街食飯,找了一間出名小炒嘅餐廳。一入內食客滿滿,老闆同店員都好好禮貌,介紹我們餐廳的招牌菜,有熱辣辣煲仔菜、懷舊東坡肉、招牌話梅骨、脆皮乳鴿、蒜茸蒸大蟶子、大元貝等。另外在這疫情期間老闆好好,推出特惠套餐給食客,真的很有人情味。而我覺得其實好像款款都是他們的招牌菜。潮式蠔仔泡飯(細)一大碗可以分到四碗仔,材料很豐富有脹卜卜蠔仔,粒粒都好大隻飽滿又鮮甜,肉碎蒜粒蔥花很惹味。椒鹽九肚魚厚肉鮮甜炸得香脆,配上椒鹽金蒜一起吃特別滋味。招牌話梅骨每件話梅骨都掛上牆汁,肉質嫩滑比起平時吃的生炒骨口感味道都高層次一些。脆皮乳鴿皮脆肉嫩又甘香,鴿肉鮮甜惹味。吃完仲有甜品吃,椰汁馬荳糕雪凍來吃很香甜有椰香味配上馬荳好夾,吃完喉嚨好舒服,今餐真的好滿足。

麻婆豆腐份量很大,一大盤,叫了小辣,仍然很香口。麻婆豆腐加入爽口的菜脯,與嫩滑的豆腐相映,軟中有爽的口感,又一特式。豆腐很滑,加上肉碎,撈飯一流。

吃完正餐還有甜品送,認真抵食👍🏻

今日係呢個星期內第二次黎呢度食野!今次和家人一起來吃,可以叫多點!看餐廳介紹,新匯聚以前是大排檔,所以這裡飯菜的份量全部都是大排檔的份量大大份!招牌話梅骨:話梅骨外層炸到酥脆,外層再裹上甜甜的話梅醬,送飯一流。雖然是炸排骨,但肉質不會過硬,仍能保持肉汁。滷水鵝肉:鵝肉和花生都滷得入味,值得一讚的是鵝肉下面的豆腐,吸收了所有滷水的精華,而且非常有豆味。金銀蛋浸娃娃菜:特登叫了這個菜,可以有青菜吃也有湯喝,湯頭很甜,再加上鹹蛋和皮蛋,是這餐相對清淡的一個菜式。福建炒飯:炒飯有加蛋炒底,吃到鑊氣的味道!而且芡汁夠杰,蝦仁和雞肉豆吸收了芡汁的味道,忍不住吃了幾碗😝!蜂蜜梳打水:侍應介紹這個鎮店特飲,裡面還有一片檸檬,成日覺得吃大排檔的煎炸食物一定要配汽水,這個比起汽水的罪惡感沒咁大!

自從武漢肺炎之後,一直都冇食呢類中式小菜,今日終於可以約四個朋友,出嚟食吓小菜小炒。觀塘依家食店真係我嘅最愛之一,所以嚟到就大擦一餐。平日週三晚市,人數比以前真係少咗好多,可能因為冇咗大枱嘅客人,不過晚市都有五成滿,一坐低就先叫隻芝麻雞,芝麻嘅雞皮相當趣,而且半隻嘅份量都好多,味道好好。令一個必食嘅就係炸大腸,非常之趣,而且裏面洗得好乾淨,真係好好食呀,好開心可以咁耐之後食到呢個好味嘅炸大腸。呢個避風塘炸茄子,又係一絕,係將魚肉釀入茄子再炸,再撈埋炸蒜辣椒等好好味嘅配料,成個都無可挑剔,我食咗三件,超好味囉。
