To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺觀塘附近返工,放工咁啱想食下中式小炒,之前都嚟過呢間小炒餐廳質素唔錯,於是同老公一齊嚟食下👍🏻薑蔥炒魚鰾:魚鰾鮮嫩多汁,煙靭而且帶爽口,搭配香氣四溢的薑蔥,讓每一口都充滿了鮮味,炒至恰到好處的火候,讓魚鰾保持了原汁原味👍🏻一啲都唔腥炸大乳鴿:接下來是炸大乳鴿,外皮金黃酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁👍🏻而且整得好入味自家煲蘋果雪梨水:自家煲的蘋果雪梨水清甜可口,清熱一流,十分適合搭配香口既菜式。胡椒粉絲蝦煲:大蝦鮮甜爽口,配料雞髀菇同蔥段新鮮有咬口,粉絲吸收了濃郁的湯汁,勁鮮甜,加埋胡椒的香辣味道恰到好處👍🏻椰汁馬豆糕:店家好好,為我們送上自家製椰汁馬豆糕,椰汁香而且唔會太甜,馬豆香,而且軟硬適中😬這家位於觀塘的中式小炒餐廳,無論是菜式的選擇還是味道,都讓我感到驚喜,下次有機會都想再嚟試吓其他菜式👍🏻

🥹晚市入到去非常爆滿,真係要趁早攞位同訂座。🩷員工服務態度超級好,入座後會同你講慢慢揀,亦會中途問你好唔好食,真係有賓至如歸嘅感覺!好耐冇響香港遇到咁親切嘅服務態度!好有人情味!🧡嗌咗一個每次大排檔必嗌嘅蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒,有冇人都係咁樣😂裹住蜜糖嘅薯仔粒外皮脆,薯仔入邊又軟熟,好適合做小食。牛柳粒嫩滑,火候啱啱好,食吓食吓發現原來啲牛柳粒多到沉晒底,食咗咁多次大排檔真係未見過咁多牛柳粒嘅薯仔牛柳粒,今次簡直牛柳粒仲多過薯仔吖,太驚喜🔥🔥💜嗌咗碟椒鹽鮮魷,鮮魷炸得外脆內嫩,咬落去仲有啲彈牙,椒鹽味夠香又唔會太鹹,食落唔會覺得油膩,送飯食又得,就咁食又得!💚就梗係要嗌返碟菜嚟食吓啦,要健康呀嘛!嗌咗上湯浸菠菜,媽咪食菜鍾意清淡,越少油越少鹽就最好,上湯浸時菜就最好啦。上湯好入味,食菜嗰陣時feel到啲菜係咗上湯汁,一啲都唔油或者鹹,而係啖啖上湯嘅鮮味。菠菜煮得啱啱好唔會太韌亦唔會太腍,亦都keep到係吸引嘅青綠色,你哋又最鍾意食咩菜呢?

觀塘工廈食堂新匯聚,一直是工廈打工仔的平價食堂。今天點了客家鹹雞飯配豬骨佛手瓜湯,樸實的搭配卻蘊含著深厚的家常味道。鹹雞醃製入味,肉質結實不柴,鹹香適中,油香四溢。雞皮煎得金黃,咬下時香脆可口,與嫩滑的雞肉形成絕妙的口感對比。豬骨佛手瓜湯清甜可口,佛手瓜煮得軟而不爛,清香可人。豬骨則熬得恰到好處,湯汁濃郁不膩,每啜一口都能感受到食材的精華。白飯粒粒分明,配上鹹雞的汁水,更添美味。一杯熱檸檬水,既能解膩,又能幫助消化。五十元的價格,在工廈區可謂相當實惠。這樣一頓簡單而溫暖的午餐,不僅讓人吃得飽,更能感受到廚師的用心。難怪店內總是座無虛席,足見這份樸實美味的魅力。

觀塘呢間大排檔都幾出名,以前開喺牛頭角下邨,搬咗嚟觀塘工業大廈!啲餸都幾好食,糖水都唔錯,想食大排檔又想乾淨衛生可以食呢一間,環境都OK,有冷氣廁所唔污糟!茗茶$20蜂蜜欖角骨$120份量都幾多,食落去甜甜地,個骨唔會太過腥,都有肉味,美中不足但係唔夠香口同惹味。煎蝦餅 拼椒鹽鮮魷(半)165.00炸得非常之香口,蝦餅有蝦味彈牙,魷魚爽口新鮮!沙薑炆芥菜 $85味道幾特別,幾香沙薑味,芥菜都爽口!砵酒流浮山蠔 $240個蠔真係好好食,大概有六至七隻?周周非常之香脆,好味濃郁鮮甜,一啲都唔腥,個酒味好香!紅燒豆腐 $90豆腐軟滑,醬汁嘅調味啱啱好,下面仲有啲雜菌菜心!推薦指數: 8/10唔錯都幾有鑊氣,喺觀塘想食大排檔都會推介!價錢唔算平,不過勝在足料大份味道OK。
