知道深水埗同石硤尾一帶有好幾檔大排檔,咪上open rice 搵下,最後決定去增輝但去到時都冇大排檔feel,同一間普通菜館、酒樓冇分別。發現最大分別只不個係在出面煮野、洗碗碟。叫左碟炒蜆,等了又等,來到係殼多肉少有沙「生炒骨」外熱內冷,唔好食班腩煲 - 好普通水準。蠔仔肉鬆煎蛋 - 味道不及廟街。最慘係d伙記企哂係街上吹水,搵個人service下都冇五個人去,叫左六個餸、一個湯、五個飯、三支大啤酒,每人竟要$220,有點吃驚收大酒家的價錢,但換來不合理的服務,計番條數,去鴻星重好食同抵,服務一定好過呢間d伙記,唉!大集團反而比較抵同好食

這晚因為附近的大排檔要太多人,一家就到了對面的增輝廚藝。這間食店裝修後,門面都不錯,金色及啡色主打顏色令人都增加信心。可能是紅日關係,人流較多,我們被安排坐在樓上較入的位置。等了十五分鐘,菜也選好了,但一直沒有人行過來幫我落單。我們落單時落了五個菜。點了招牌菜「胡椒豬肚浸花甲」, 「生炒骨」,「鼓椒炒硯」,「椒鹽白飯魚」及「蒜蓉炒芥蘭」。「胡椒豬肚浸花甲」先說味道還可以,只縑胡椒有點重手,可能有些人會接受不到。材料花甲很大隻,感覺很抵食,但問題可惜清洗功夫不足夠,很多沙。飲到尾時用湯勻攪拌,可聽到清脆的沙沙聲。「生炒骨」很大碟,論數量都可以。但那些肉入面不夠熱,只得暖暖的感覺。給我們感覺是內裡不夠熟透。在現時病毒肆虐的時代,實在有點害怕。之後便到「鼓椒炒硯」,這些硯殼多肉少其實不多不少都預計得到。但最嚴重的問題是在碟內可以找到不少疑似垃圾的物體,例如龍蝦鬚及菜渣,詳見下圖。試問炒硯需要用到菜花去炒嗎? 我只知道不少人食菜時都會把菜花咬開及丟棄的。最後那兩個菜「椒鹽白飯魚」及「蒜蓉炒芥蘭」都不過不失,都是大眾的水準,沒有特別比人優勝之處。最後埋單約350元左右,但以該食物水準來看,不值得

豉汁蒸白鱔 - 個豉汁都唔錯,不過個白鱔就泥味好重,我就覺得好腥啦。
蠔仔肉鬆煎蛋 - 味道平均,蠔仔都好鮮味,不過唔係好覺有肉喺裡面。
之後再叫多個南乳唔知咩雞送啤酒,呢個味就幾好,好入味,不過啲雞係斬得好碎,而且好瘦冇咩肉食。

成晚都唔知飲咗幾多支大啤,埋單每人都係200蚊樓下,都幾相宜。而且服務態度比起以前好咗,所以會再光顧。

在好友介紹下,到了增輝大排檔光顧。雖說是大排檔,其實附近幾間地舖已收歸其下,可見其受歡迎的程度。鮫子雞翼:去骨雞翼裏饟了蝦及豬肉等食材,味道ok,size略為細隻了一點。豉椒炒蜆:幾大碟,夠惹味,唔錯。豉椒炒聖子皇:忘記了要蒜蓉粉絲蒸,結果都是豉椒炒。聖子皇本身都ok,味鮮甜,和豉椒醬也很配合。不過熱騰騰的聖子肉竟放在凍冰冰的聖子殼上,感覺不大好。南乳燒雞:燒雞肉質一般,不過層皮的確很薄很脆,唔肥膩,沾上南乳醬吃,幾好食。啫啫芥蘭煲:夠惹味,ok。

I have had dinner in here since 2006. But sadly to say that this place has become a very highly priced restaurant but producing low quality food.-They introduced 10% service charge recently!-Even the cleanliness is always at a lower expectation as it is suppose to be a "大排檔", but I found their bowls, glasses, and even chopsticks were very oily. Be honest, I never want to visit their toilet. Otherwise, I would lose my appetite for that evening. -How can you expect that they do not have any 姜蔥 sou

-Can you imagine there was ice all over the 冰震鮑片?

-We need to wait and chase for our dishes.

-No sweet dumpling could be served to the table despite we had made advanced booking for that dessert as our團年飯.

我是該店的老顧客了,大約由02年開始食佢老實講,我同老闆同老闆娘都好熟的,未開分店前一星期至少兩晚係度開左新店後質數大大下降了,以前朋友搵地方宵夜,係九龍的話非熷輝莫屬最愛必食的是避風塘炒蜆 , 皮爬蝦 , 清湯腩前幾個月去食,避風塘炒蜆兒家個師傅唔識炒,皮爬蝦無貨 , 夏天無叫清湯腩, 最後唔記得左叫咩, 黎的野又唔太慢,不過真係好一般,價錢比出面起碼貴2成,仲要加一......想比意見老闆,不過佢太忙, 唉,算啦,短時間都唔會再黎了熷輝美味的棻色只能在回憶中尋找

想比意見老闆,不過佢太忙, 唉,算啦,短時間都唔會再黎了

第一次寫食評。上星期5同老婆試下去深水埗揾野食。睇Open Rice,本來想去小X王,食羊腩煲。但好鬼多人等。 下次放假早D去!后來見前D有間增輝,都好旺但唔洗等。Try Try 啦。地方預左麻麻。期望D野食。Order 左3個菜1) 羊腩煲 $1482) 椒鹽白飯魚 $483) 蒜容粉絲蒸元貝 $28/只 x 2 羊腩煲要$148一煲就貴D。平時我食開大角咀D茶餐廳$68,有D考濾。但老婆吊引,照點啦。D羊腩應該係新鮮羊腩,好有味又唔羶。D皮既油份夠但唔覺肥。枝竹夠焾,大角咀D茶餐廳既枝竹好硬,我好多時唔食。OK !期待放假去對面,自稱羊腩煲專家。之后亞媽話新鮮羊腩要$80/斤。甘$148都合理既。椒鹽白飯魚都OK,外脆內唔乾,白飯魚有魚味。可惜細條DD,手指尾甘啦。蒜容粉絲蒸元貝,基本功,蒸既時間OK,啱咭熟。但熟油多左。差既係D飯。。。好硬。令羊腩煲無飯送,失色。服務又好Bor。可能好彩,個伙記話頭醒尾。快手又有禮。少見。。。
