店內位置大概有20多個,墻上貼滿了明星合照,看來狗仔粉的名氣吸引過不少明星光顧。但是大熱天時,店內明顯冷氣不足,風扇也解決不了侷促的問題,個個都大汗搭細汗,看來要專心品嘗美食有一定的難度。人人都推介的辣菜圃,辣度十足,撈在狗仔粉會提味不少,不妨一試。早前外賣過一次大雜燴 (豬皮,蘿蔔,大腸,豬肚),味道不俗,這次也點了相同的份量。味道卻和以前大不同,大概是醬汁的味道變淡,不夠入味。馳名狗仔粉入口黏糊,粉仔軟糯,但筋道欠奉,配上菜圃調味提鮮,還是不錯的,$20的價錢,足矣飽肚。火鴨髀有分上髀$22,下髀$30,豐儉由人,要食當然要食最好的。味道咸香,肉質結實,咬下去一絲絲的質感,但口感偏鞋,整個鴨髀大大一隻,半隻已經夠喉。

老實說,是失望了。

作為最應該熱辣辣上枱享用既火鴨翅、狗仔粉,竟然是只得微暖,一點熱氣騰騰的感覺也沒有,頓時食慾減半,期待之心破碎💔已食了2次,2次印象也這樣,尤其是額外叫的下鴨脾真是想不到原來如此的細隻呢,發育不良的可憐鴨,好失望

原本是對招牌火鴨翅寄予厚望的,感覺上材料也不算少,聞下去也有好香火鴨味,但嗅還嗅,食還食,吃下去就覺普通了,可能因為食物不熱我食不出風味,熱騰騰食的話,應該是很不錯吃的吧😶可惜呢,我最討厭食應熱但不熱的食物了

果然嘛~~~最討我喜的還是要數那2瓶樽菜脯了,可以自己任加,辣菜脯是有點辣啦,愈辣愈愛吃,雖然一辣鼻水就不停流😂

湯底比較深色,亦沒有傳統粉仔那股香味,衰啲講其實似車仔麵湯,複雜,鹹,但問我究竟係咩味,實在講唔出。

聽見我開口埋口「傳統粉仔」,各位可能覺得我好煩,咁堅持傳統口味,自己整啦笨,返廣州食吖笨!我唔係唔接受新口味的食品,我只係覺得,你叫得自己做「狗仔粉」,顧客就有合理期望,等如你叫豉油皇炒麵,師傅用意大利粉加豉油炒碟麵出來,可能都唔難食,但怪囉,同你預期落差好大囉。

細雜$23,有四味餸,點睛係個千味醬,有點沙茶味,又有點沙嗲味,入口香到撲鼻,但又唔會一味死辣,好正!唯一缺點是這味醬油份好重,之後追加的魚皮餃,油份掛晒上餃皮面,好誇張,好似篤嚿油入口咁~

哎呀,我醒起呀,叫細雜時,我有叫「少辣」,當時唔覺特別多油,到叫魚皮餃,哥仔問我「辣唔辣?」,我話「辣」,那些油,原來是辣油,可多可少,愈辣愈油,就係咁~

與老友吃完車仔麵,意猶未盡,經過十八座狗仔粉,就被吸引著,原來店內都有好多坐位,可以舒舒服服服吃一下街頭小吃 細粉仔 ($20), 加了菜甫真是太惹味了 細鴨肉碗仔翅 ($20),鴨肉都煮茸了。但我都是比較喜歡傳統的碗仔翅,可以加點紅醋吊吓味,我太愛呷醋了! 細燒賣 ($10) 及細魚皮餃 ($10),端出來都是熱得燙咀的,亦彈牙。不得不讚這些醬汁,少少辣,滋味無窮

鋪頭都算細 座得好逼 不過都係諗住平靚正 所以冇所謂啦d野食都算黎得快 得一個呀姐做野算係咁 呢間既火鴨翅真係一試愛上 好香既鴨味 d料好足 好多木耳絲 假翅同埋鴨絲 好濃味 好似飲緊湯咁 呢隻係大碗 我覺得食細碗唔夠皮😂😂
