之前一路都係喺佐敦總店食,味道都覺得好好味,今次經過荃灣食宵夜又唔想食咁多,見到18座就話不如一齊入去試下。入都去坐位都係比較窄,但係起碼都叫做鋪頭入面,然唔係好似佐敦咁樣係街邊所以都乾淨程度高好多。之後我哋就嗌咗一個狗仔粉,味道只屬一般,反而覺得好似感覺上佐敦嘅味道濃郁,燒賣口感唔好食,豉油有啲怪怪哋,所以都覺得有啲失望。炸丸就同佐敦嘅味道一樣都好味, 而且唔太油。唔知係咪分店關係始終保持唔到嘅水準應該下次都會去返佐敦食更加好食。

狗仔粉應是以粘米製成,重點在於湯底,湯料包括少量花生、洋葱、蝦米、冬菇及豬油渣,上桌前灑上葱花、菜脯及豬油渣等配菜。
但此狗仔粉材料無咩特別:蒜,菜脯,狗仔粉,極微量0.1片冬菇。(我自己走了生葱花)
狗仔粉軟身,湯底單調,只係好濃縮既蒜味,菜脯口感好爽脆

以一碗粉麵來講,沒錯,是好平,但就只是一碗,普普通通,只令你果腹的粉麵。

Just off so late during the weekday,,and gonna back to tsuen wan and want to find some food to eat then back home and rest..All the restaurants were closed,,and only this 十八座狗仔粉 haven't been closedThen i walk in and ordered a 狗仔粉... It is hot enough and taste a bit spicy..the noodle texture are similar with udon,, but it is shorter one..There are preserved turnip which i love it so much,,,and it is a bit crunchy and so chewy to have this noodles.
