Quality Assurance Analyst (0-2 year experience expect)

Job Duties:

1. Identify, document, and monitor software defects and issues.
2. Collaborate closely with developers and various stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
3. Work alongside business analysts and other stakeholders to guarantee that software aligns with customer requirements.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, encompassing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
5. Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
6. Contribute to the enhancement and development of QA processes and procedures.
7. Conduct regression testing to ensure software modifications do not have new defects.
8. Perform functional testing to ensure software meets with business requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree holder in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in software quality assurance is a plus.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is considered a bonus.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills.
8. Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
9. Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
