Experience Store Supervisor

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the achievement of HiFi Store business objectives. Lead a team of KEF Ambassador to promote and enhancing the KEF Brand, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for delivering high standards of service excellence for every customer interaction and building long-term relationships with guests, training and motivating your team to maintain service and sales excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the best personalized service and most memorable experience during our customers visit to the store to achieve high customers satisfaction
• Act as the ultimate host of KEF Music Gallery and build a good rapport with our guests and customers through addressing their concerns and delivering premium service in store VIP events
• Execute marketing and promotion activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty
• Lead and motivate the store team to acquire, build and maintain key customers
• Demonstrate extensive product and audio concepts to customers
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, new product developments and audio trends
• Implement retail strategies for Wireless Hifi Store
• Offer feedback and input on how to improve flow and retail opportunity within the Gallery
• Maintain high-standard of Gallery environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of guest/customer service experience in the hospitality industry/ retail operations with at least 3 years at supervisory/ management level
• Proficient in customer engagement & services is essential
• Pleasant, service-oriented with professional attitude
• Knowledgeable to audio products and retail operations would be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Interest/passion in Music would be an advantage
• Good PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
