Happy Friday! 今晚收工去食好野,地點係觀塘嘅譽宴 • 星海。星期五晚飯時段黎到,人山人海,好彩有訂位。廢事諗,叫左個餐,包好多野食,分別有脆皮燒乳鴿一隻,黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯兩盅,杭州香醋一口骨,黑椒金薯牛仔粒,乾隆石鍋炒飯,同精選甜品。每位$328另加一,茶芥已包。脆皮燒乳鴿脆皮燒乳鴿一隻開邊,上枱嘅時候見到隻乳鴿出哂煙,果然係新鮮熱辣燒起。乳鴿皮脆而肉汁豐富,唔洗點另上嘅喼汁都夠味,我特別欣賞佢唔過鹹。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯原盅上,熱辣辣,要擺一陣先飲得。先飲一啖湯,超香濃黑蒜味,甜甜哋好正。湯料足,黑蒜㷛到稔哂,又有螺頭同好幾舊豬肉同雞肉,我清哂全部湯料。杭州香醋一口骨(例)杭州香醋一口骨份量好多,眼見嘅都係骨冇配菜,全部食得,啲骨有大有細,都係一口食得哂。個皮係脆嘅,而入面有軟骨有硬骨,細軟骨都食得,肉嫩而味道甜甜酸酸,好好味。骨上面仲撒上果皮絲,伴碟仲有鮮花,賣相不俗。黑椒金薯牛仔粒 (例)牛仔粒都好多,食落嫩口又有牛味。其他配料就有三色燈籠椒,洋蔥,爽又稔嘅菇粒,蔥,同軟稔薯仔粒。呢味餸黑椒味極重但唔過鹹,又有多重口感。乾隆石鍋炒飯 (例)乾隆石鍋炒飯果然成個石鍋上枱,足足有5至6大碗飯。飯粒分明,食落煙煙韌韌,配料有唔少帶子,完全唔韌,仲有翠玉瓜粒,蛋花,瑤柱絲,蔥花,食落好香帶子同香蔥味。鍋邊仲有少少飯焦。精選甜品精選甜品係桂花豆沙糕。桂花同豆沙呢個組合好似好少見,但係原來食落都幾夾。桂花糕冰凉清香,中和左中間嗰一層豆沙餡嘅甜味。招牌白胡椒蟹 $298 另加一另外叫左我地最愛既招牌白胡椒蟹,晚市震撼價$298,真係好震撼,見到隻蟹仲震撼,比我之前喺度食過嘅仲大隻。首先好大個蟹蓋,蟹鉗同蟹腳都勁多肉,而啲肉係非常鮮甜多汁又嫩口,都有蟹膏食。個白胡椒汁調得非常好,服務員上左隻蟹之後先淋碗汁上個鐵板,即刻就聽到吱吱聲同出哂煙,胡椒味唔過濃而又可以適當咁帶出蟹嘅鮮味。呢味招牌白胡椒蟹真心大推,我見好多人都有叫,識食。紅豆沙食完仲有糖水送。紅豆沙超熱,㷛到起哂沙而仲有粒粒紅豆食吓,甜度適中,為呢餐劃上圓滿句號。今餐所有餸都好食,特別係招牌白胡椒蟹,兩個人食到好飽,捧住個肚返歸。…Read More

好耐無係酒樓食晚飯,今日就同爸爸一齊去譽宴食返個二人餐😋。不竟譽宴本身係做中式酒宴、婚禮,我都好耐冇食飲宴菜式,今次叫嘅二人餐就啱晒。譽宴晚市以1.5米距離隔檯,冇隔板,空間感大增。除咗有長魚缸🐡外,仲可以望到正觀塘地鐵站🚉,充斥市區嘅特色。店員會先俾一大盤熱水你洗吓餐具。二人餐 $468位 (已加一)燒味拼盤雖然係例牌,但份量都好多。有油雞、燒鴨、叉燒同辣海蜇,油雞雞肉滑身,燒鴨脆皮香口,叉燒比較瘦(健康),我覺得可以肥少少🤏😂,海蜇爽口。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯燉湯好多料,入邊除咗有一大粒黑蒜頭之外,仲有螺頭肉、雞肉同大大件豬肉😆。一打開燉盅時,已經聞到好強嘅黑蒜香味,加上湯色呈黑蒜色,我未影相已經忍唔住飲咗兩啖😂 飲落去黑蒜味濃,甜甜哋,而且燉湯唔油膩,平時一般都比較少有黑蒜湯。所以,呢個燉湯值得推介,特別如果你鍾意食黑蒜。玉環鮑魚盅其實佢係鮑魚再加玉環(節瓜),格外矜貴。鮑魚汁唔會太鹹,鮑魚大概都係冧身,玉環都煮到入味軟身😛。西施蛋白蝦球呢份蛋白蝦球份量都好大份,有好多蛋白。蛋白滑溜,加埋茨汁更滑身。蛋白上仲有一大粒蝦球,蝦球🦐彈牙好食。福建炒飯福建炒飯份量係一般正常嗌炒飯嘅份量,好大碟,所以要打包先至食得晒。炒飯炒得粒粒分明😜,有蛋花炒,唔會因為上面嘅茨汁影響到佢濕晒變冧。材料嘅蝦仁同帶子都好足料,仲幾彈牙。精選甜品 - 馬豆糕椰汁味夠,口感幾好,唔會太彈好似膠咁。配上馬豆一齊食,口感層次更豐富😚。濃湯清遠雞泡花膠扒 (另加)呢個雞湯係朋友推介,的確無介紹錯👍🏻 花膠燉雞湯好足料,除咗花膠,有好多雞件,仲有唔同嘅菇,有冬菇同茶樹菇。雞湯呈黃色,可以見到有唔少雞油,好香濃雞味。加上花膠一齊煮,成碗湯更變得黏口,飲完仲有啲癡口添!🤤小總結,呢個二人餐份量好多,食到我哋好飽😛 加上店員態度友善好客,宜家有限眾令,少咗人去酒樓,大家要多啲去酒樓幫襯、支持吓。…Read More

上網睇見觀塘呢邊環境幾靚,其實以前都去過譽宴食飯,印象都唔錯,想話去試返以往譽宴嘅水準,就約咗朋友去呢到食晚飯上嚟之前入𨋢前量一次體溫,去到譽宴門前都會再量多次,👍🏻非常嚴謹唔知食咩好,索性order二人餐,餐牌設計:前菜拼盤、湯、主食兩味、石窩炒飯、甜品,睇下呢到嘅上菜服務享受搭唔搭得住中菜廳應有質素燒味拼盤(燒腩仔、海蜇、叉燒)燒腩仔皮非常鬆脆,海蜇爽口微冰涼感和酸感,啱啱好,叉燒唔會過油膩,肥瘦啱啱好,入口即刻食到叉燒蜜汁甜味,入口後食到叉燒嘅肉質味道,蜜汁冇蓋過肉質原味黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯燉湯火喉夠,雞嘅油脂正常會逼出湯面,一般燉湯都會比較清晰,顯然見到預期燉湯嘅外貌,飲落最重系黑蒜味道,再來系少許雞湯嘅味道,有留少少湯料系到,都搵得番黑蒜、螺頭、燉雞,系幾養生嘅感覺杭州香醋一口骨一食外皮似咕嚕肉嘅脆口感,切件到一口嘅Size,幾方便唔點食有骨食物嘅懶人,好似我咁😂🤚🏻而佢呢款糖醋骨嘅味道,外皮脆口,伴白飯會更一樓,而特別之處系有加到超幼薑絲,系味覺上非常refresh 黑椒金薯牛仔粒呢味有少少失望感,黑椒味過重,啖啖都食到黑椒味,唔系好食到牛肉味,而薯仔就好食啲,系外皮香脆裡面溶,呢味菜有菇類、薯仔、燈籠椒、牛肉粒配搭乾隆石窩炒飯系炒至一粒粒口感,亦食到火喉味嘅炒飯,有蔥、貝柱粒、蛋碎,因石窩關係可以食到飯焦口感,比平炒飯多少少心思,合理水準馬蹄紅豆糕最後紅豆糕唔會過甜,有加入馬蹄口感更豐富,有中式感嘅飯後甜品整體來講,環境一眼望晒,有拉板設計嘅廳房,風格以星海做主動,寶石藍為主色調,側牆有長魚缸養了不少觀賞魚,好有水族館感,另外天花有不少型狀不一碎燈設計,多咁時尚感食物味道都不錯,而上餐時間恰當好處,有依據客人食飯速度做調節,冇好趕嘅感覺,印象感不錯老實講價錢偏貴,加一後過千嘅二人餐,沒什麼貴些少許食材,對比佢哋12人餐牌上面的菜色除番人頭後,食材價格會更合理些,5百格價一位嘅中菜食材設計不太吸引,呢餐我系滿意,用餐感受都享受,至於格價方面需要以你眼光去判斷…Read More

呀媽話呢期唔敢周圍去,但就連屋企附近嘅酒樓都暫停營業,無啖好食😫,所以呢日放假我就近近地帶佢去觀塘嘅譽宴食好西。我之前去過The One嗰間飲非常唔錯~。一上到去發現酒樓勁滿人,仲要未到下午茶時段添,好彩店員好快就安排我哋入座,意外地有得坐露天位,個環境勁正😍,喺到擺酒,都可以有個花園仔。呢日我嗌咗個套餐同呀媽食,每人$468全包,的確唔平,但食物質素絕對對得住個價錢😋,無論食材定烹調方式都好出色;而且份量超多,每人每道菜都各有一份。首先嚟嘅係燒味拼盤🐷,包括叉燒4片、腩仔4粒同海蜇小許,一人食啱啱好。燒味個樣好靚,食落都唔錯,但未到好驚艷;叉燒如果肥啲就好。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯🐔,哇個湯真係黑色㗎,好少見🙈,應該係用上黑蒜嘅關係。我個人認為味道比較濃,不過呀媽覺得好好飲。湯入面好足料,有螺頭有雞。玉環鮑魚盅🥢,節瓜瑤柱甫就食得多,但配鮑魚真係唔係成日有得食。仲要鮑魚係用上乾鮑,即係比新鮮鮑魚更名貴🤤,果然食落個口感同味道係特別唔同,比較流心同入味。西施蛋白蝦球🍤,大蝦球非常彈牙,正呀。蒸蛋白比起蒸蛋口感更厚,夾埋個芡汁食,味道恰到好處,當中仲搭配咗兩款筍絲。乾隆石鍋炒飯🍚,我完全估唔到個飯係一人一個石鍋囉‼️,一個石鍋已經分到每人兩個碗仔...,所以我哋打包咗一個走🙈。除咗份量夠之外,個飯真係滿分之作,因為飯粒炒到好乾身,粒粒分明,連呀媽都讚不絕口。再者,飯入面有勁多粒一口帶子仔同瑤柱絲,一啲都唔孤寒。最後,精選甜品係紅豆沙,呢個就正正常常啦,夠多豆。我哋食埋甜品,非常滿足😊。除咗食物同環境外,呢到嘅店員全部都好好禮貌,服務好好;特別有位短頭髮呀姐,真係好細心,好熱情👍。總括嚟講,依餐飲宴般嘅午市套餐真係不得了,最緊要係呀媽鍾意,食得開心❤️。下次我會同佢嚟食點心,價錢幾相宜。另外,餐廳仲有做啲晚市六人/十二人餐,好似都唔錯。我哋離開餐廳時,再望下室內個環境確係幾靚,相信係一個宴會嘅好場地啊!…Read More

辛苦工作了一個星期,終於捱到Happy Friday啦 ,為咗慰勞自己,今餐食好(豪)啲,同家姐去了裝修華麗,又近地鐵站嘅譽宴·星海觀塘店,門面幾高檔,室內有大型水晶燈飾,瑰麗奪目,仲有一個露天花園,作為婚宴場景都幾靚。$468套餐(每位),包茶芥,免+1服務費,包括燒味拼盤、燉湯、鮑魚盅、蛋白蝦球、炒飯和糖水,超豐富。燒味拼盤包括叉燒、腩仔和海蜇,叉燒醃得好夠味,蜜汁甜甜哋,很好食,燒腩仔皮都算脆,海蜇幾爽口。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯,抗疫時後食黑蒜最適合不過,可增強免疫力,加埋螺頭燉雞,滋補又養生,湯味道很濃,黑蒜沒有大蒜的濃烈氣味,比較容易接受,我一向不吃大蒜,都不抗拒這味道。玉環鮑魚盅,鮑魚咬開,慢慢細嚼,散發著鮑魚香味,餘香令人回味。西施蛋白蝦球,賣相很精緻,蝦球爽口彈牙,蛋白滑溜十分好食。乾隆石鍋炒飯,用石鍋盛載,炒飯更加熱騰騰,帶子、瓜粒,加上蔥粒,炒得很有鑊氣,而且不油不乾 ,香氣撲鼻,食落很惹味。紅豆沙糖水,有微微的陳皮香味,水準不錯。環境、衛生、服務和食物質素都很好,而且價錢比預計中更抵食,不妨試試。…Read More
