車仔麵呢d地道既香港美食真係買少見少,唔知係香港人既口味改變,定係車仔麵個車轆太細,追唔上時代既巨輪呢?今晚我同朋友,2個女仔,大家都唔想食d heavy野,就揀左呢間——「四爺車仔麵」。❣環境&座位商業區個個收哂工反屋企食飯,造就左我地坐得幾舒服呢,2個人都唔洗搭枱!走廊都好闊落啊,卡位又比一般茶餐廳既長,就算搭枱都唔會太貼,而引起尷尬呢。❣Menu有2張✔✔紙既,有湯+麵既餐,同車仔麵餐可以叫。我地就決定每人一碗,再叫個燉湯share。❣我地食左呢d,✨金牌豬骨湯+秘制沙嗲汁+粗麵真係好耐冇食過粗麵la,覺得粗麵比較有咬口d,有得揀都一定會揀佢丫。湯底方面就清清地,唔會過濃,有淡淡既豬骨香味,中意濃味小小就可以撈匀個沙嗲汁。✨竹笙條條都好白雪雪,睇得出店家好用心準備食材,處理得好乾淨,竹笙剛好吸哂湯汁,入口份外鮮味。✨咖哩牛柏葉呢小碟咖哩牛柏葉其實都唔小,個份量係酒樓一籠點心咁,牛柏葉都沾滿哂咖哩汁,而且好入味。✨瑞士雞翼呢個瑞士雞翼又係誠意之作,要浸足夠時間,先會有咁深褐色既雞翼。咬開,入面都好夠味,唔洗再點汁已經好夠味,雞肉又嫩又滑,好味道。✨四爺秘制芫茜皮蛋湯+菠菜麵+皇帝菜朋友鐘意Green,所以叫左個全碗綠嘅菠菜麵,加埋秘制芫茜皮蛋湯。湯底方面就芫茜味唔算太濃,清清地,淡淡嘅茜味反而來得歷久常新。菠菜麵有咬口,配合茜湯,味道真心夾。至於皇帝菜就好嫩口,夠晒翠綠,新鮮夾脆。✨韭菜豬紅豬紅細細粒都入味,食落好夠爽,一碟五粒,朋友好想encore。✨皇牌豬腩仔呢個重心推介,豬腩仔肉煮到非常入味,腩肉一層肥一層瘦,肥膏唔膩,入口即溶,雖然好邪惡,但真係好好食,必點!✨凍菜蜜+凍柚子蜜2碗車仔麵跟餐都可以用優惠價點飲品架~✨百合螺頭燉海底椰自從返左工,收得晏,都少左返屋企食晚飯,難得呢度有燉湯,都要點個補補佢。燉湯好足料,用左螺頭、海底椰、龍眼肉、雞腳、豬展等燉成,飲落幾香甜,清清地,好潤喉嘅感覺。❣總結Overall,「四爺車仔麵」用料確實唔錯,味道好好,食得好滿足。簡單嘅燉湯,飲落好有家嘅感覺,岩晒返工嘅大家,好好補一補。下次過黎要試下其他款嘅燉湯先得,個燉花膠都好吸引呀!…Read More
