經過荃灣買水龍頭順便黎試下好出名既蕃茄湯粉麵同瑞士雞脾冰室好現代化入去好多座位,乾淨企理由於12點去到,未有太多人唔洗等就有位到我走嗰時已經好多人等緊位一睇個menu就好快決定到揀咩食因為有一個$46既餐有哂蕃茄湯粉麵配瑞士雞脾滿足哂我想試呢2樣招牌菜既慾望我地叫左2個餐一個配瑞士雞脾,一個配吉烈豬扒瑞士雞脾真係好吸引,好大隻雞肉嫩滑,個瑞士汁好濃郁雞脾吸收哂瑞士汁既精華,又唔會好咸或太甜味道啱啱好不過佢隻碟好細😂切雞脾有少少論盡吉烈豬扒都好大塊唔會好厚粉不過雞脾上左先對比的話吉烈豬扒普通一點可能試瑞士雞翼會更加正蕃茄通粉~ 蕃茄湯濃濃的,有好多蕃茄蓉飲完都唔覺得口喝,應該冇乜味精通粉份量好多,我直頭食唔哂足夠男士夠飽通粉仲配有牛乳炒蛋,蛋有重重既牛乳香食落好滑身,估唔到茶餐廳都食到呢種蛋另外再叫多左個焗芝士肉醬薯角 $35熱辣辣新鮮焗起,上面好多芝士薯角炸得啱啱好,撈埋肉醬食好惹味凍檸茶正常茶餐廳檸茶,甜度適中茶味啱啱好呢度份份都大大件,幾抵食…Read More

每星期到荃灣用餐都有點頭痛,因為這裡感興趣的餐廳已快要吃遍了!是日午餐到了路德圍的樓下冰室,之前散步時已留意到這間開張數個月的餐廳。食店提供多款午餐選擇,以「蕃茄」為主打,另外還有改良過的懷舊港式小吃。雖然食店有冰室二字,但未能感受到懷舊氣息。午市套餐可以自選粉麵及配料,我選配了叉燒螺絲粉配蕃茄濃湯 $40,送上時非常熱辣!想不到這碗螺絲粉的份量頗多,螺絲粉浸在鮮紅色的蕃茄濃湯裡,裡面帶有少量蕃茄肉,湯底香甜。配料是叉燒,全部均為瘦叉燒,煮得軟腍,富有港式風味,整體不俗,而且很夠飽,吃著吃著都忘記自己還有脆豬!:)他點了牛肉公仔麵配豬骨濃湯 $40。豬骨濃湯反而較清淡,他說我的蕃茄濃湯比較好吃,哈哈!這是額外點的瑞士雞脾 $28,主要留給baka吃,他認為質素正常,價錢偏高。我加了$10選配紅豆奶茶,而baka則選了凍阿華田(凍飲加$3)。原本對這杯特飲有期望,可惜送到之時從其賣相已可看出不足料,奶茶顏色偏淡,而最底的紅豆亦明顯很少,果然奶茶味很稀,明顯地被冰弄淡了,而過份軟腍的紅豆不夠多及甜,整體反倒像普通的凍奶茶。:(我們吃完粉麵良久還未見送上脆豬,心知不妙,最近我們經常遇到漏單情況,唉!:(:(我們三度催促年輕店員不果後,再詢問另一位店員,然而隔了一陣只來了一份脆豬,等了一會,今次我們轉而向一位應該是較高級的店員查問,他了解情況後不用十秒便送上另一份脆豬,很感謝之後兩位的店員對應,但希望店方也可以檢討個別店員的服務態度及漏單情況,從第一次催促到送上食物約用了二十分鐘。 說回食物,這裡的脆豬是蒜茸牛油,豬仔包的表面薄脆,中間的蒜茸很香。:)旁邊的火腿和炒蛋均屬正常水準,但其實吃到這個時候已因漏單的事情而大失胃口。總括而言,食物正常茶餐廳水準,環境少許擠迫,然而因為漏單的問題,嚐過一次便算了~ :(…Read More
