明記位於旺角一個不太顯眼的商場二樓,一樓商場的舖位大都沒有租出。然而二樓的明記卻門庭若市熱鬧非常,一梯之隔別有洞天,仿如兩個世界一樣。星期一的晩上,一般食店都會比較冷清,但我地由頭食到尾都見到佢好旺場,仲似乎越夜越精彩。食客老中青都有,睇來很多是熟客仔,通常好野先多回頭客。一坐低已經有醃蘿蔔同魚仔,可以咬住諗食乜。佢主要有三份餐牌,第一張係火鍋 tick tick 紙 、第二張係特惠推介、第三份係 a la carte menu 。啱啱先打完邊邊所以冇乜興趣,同埋我地即時已經俾D 特惠孖寶吸引住。嘩!烏頭拼羊腩呀!咦!滷水鵝 mix 龍躉球都唔錯喎!吓!仲可以粉絲蟹配沙薑雞?正呀!上星期食得半隻蟹我 lam lam 脷,但係今時今日想食蟹煲,二、三百元一定走唔甩。呢到蟹煲加半隻沙薑雞都係 $348 咋,唔係唔食呀?小二,來個孖寶E, 另加兩個潮州粥,快上!轉個頭已經有餸上枱,滷水拼盤?冇叫喎!係咪送錯枱?但靚仔話原來食滿三百元送滷水拼盤,WoW !滷水拼盤都幾足料,大大碟,紅腸、墨魚、豬腸、鵝腸、豬耳、腩肉、芽菜乜都有,滷水入味又爽口彈牙配粥食的確一流。如果可以加兩片豆腐就 perfect 了 (送的仲要求多多)。再來是沙薑雞,上枱是暖笠笠的,好香沙薑味。雞皮顏色是淡黃色那種,皮與肉之間沒有半點肥膏。吃一口嘗嘗,果然好有雞味,而且肉質嫩滑。雞骨入邊冇血,代表是全熟的,但係雞肉仍然係滑唔會韌的,令我好欣賞佢。有驚喜!主角登場,嘩!離遠都見到佢隻杠,好勁呀!埋到來睇清楚,真係足料全隻大肉蟹喎!有誠意!個煲仲熱辣辣,又香噴噴,令人食指大動即時要出手。隻蟹很大隻又鮮甜,兩個人食都很夠食。唯獨粉絲比較乾身,如果多D汁同淋D就更好了。每碟餸都份量很大,連潮州粥都係滿瀉的,啱曬大食仔。座位舒適,係傳統中式四人圓枱,夠大可以放好多餸。枱與枱之間好闊落,完全唔迫。服務很好,全部靚仔都有求必應,而且快而準。山不在高,有仙則名。水不在深,有龍則靈。食過呢餐就知道,果然抵食高 cp,難怪佢個場咁繁榮啦!…Read More

今日同波友到旺角吃晚飯,名叫「明記潮館」。 一聽到個店名就知潮洲菜。餐廳位置十分方便,旺角地鐵站, E1 出囗,步行幾分鐘就到。未到門口, 已見到掛上巨型招牌, 真是大得誇張, 餐廳在旺角砵蘭街180號砵蘭180+商場3樓, 電梯直上就到。每檯已預先放有潮州辣油、魚仔、菜莆及醋汁, 辣油香辣,菜莆爽口, 醋汁用來點鹵味, 特別醒胃。內裏有多個魚缸, 擺放着多種游水海鮮, 氣勢十足。這裡地方很寬敞,裝修整潔,可以容納很多食客,即是晚飯時間亦不用等位。凡堂食惠顧明記潮館滿$200, 每檯敬送滷水拼盤一碟,份量也很足夠。 拼盤有滷水大腸、鵝腸、鵝腎、豬耳、豬頭肉、墨魚、紅腸及芽菜等等。 我就喜歡爽囗墨魚和爽脆豬耳。瑤柱豪仔肉碎粥($55/碗)蠔仔粥是必食之選。 叫了一細碗的蠔仔粥, 但已經份量十足, 足夠兩人份量,亦相當足料, 蠔仔大大隻, 鮮嫩肥美, 味道鮮甜, 加冬菜, 芫茜等配料。 滷水鵝 ($98)食打冷又點少得滷水鵝呢 ! 我鐘意有有骨落地, 所以叫一份滷水鵝,滷水鵝肥瘦適中,色澤吸引,肉質嫩滑入味, 點上醋汁更加美味。 韮菜豬紅 ($55)韮菜豬紅也是到潮州館必食之選。豬紅口感彈牙,煮得入味,帶有小小麻辣,韮菜翠綠爽囗。 元朗楊氐海烏頭 ( $188)來自元朗的烏頭非常出名, 脂肪豐滿,揭開魚皮已見有黃油, 入口魚香四溢。 肉質結實, 口感香滑,魚味十分鮮甜可口。值得一提是魚肚插入幾片檸檬, 所以沒有魚腥之餘還帶點檸檬香味, 點上麵鼓醬一起吃,更加好味。除了美味烏頭外,還有大眼雞和馬友。總括而論, 人均消費好合理, 食物質素很好, 環境舒適寬躺, 加上通宵營業,最啱三五知己,食飯吹水,真是一個宵夜夜蒲好地方 。…Read More
