之前在灣仔工作,經常到這一間泰國菜吃午餐,大件而且抵食。今日約舊同事吃晚飯便回來吃這一間餐廳聚一聚舊,而且回憶一下。可能是平日,餐廳晚上不是十分多人。即使我們沒有預訂也立刻有位置。我們二人一共叫了四道菜一起分享1) 冬陰功(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):冬陰功湯是用爐上的。即使放耐了,湯仍然是熱辣辣。如果冬天來就認真一流。味道方面餐廳將傳統的冬陰功改得比較適合香港人口味,有十分香濃的椰奶味,但不太辣。一份大約有三至四隻海蝦,大隻而且新鮮,吃起來肉質結實,一般雪藏蝦絕對做不到的。2) 蒜蓉炒貴妃苗(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個貴妃苗幼嫩而且新鮮。簡簡單單的配合蒜蓉炒已經十分惹味。3) 泰式蝦炒金邊粉(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個金邊粉份量挺多,而且炒得乾身。味道方面甜甜酸酸,十分開胃。伴碟也十分豐富,包括有海蝦,魷魚,紅青椒和花生。4) 日本南瓜焗海鮮飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個日式南瓜焗飯也是另一飽肚好選擇,一份大約有三至四碗。焗海鮮飯本身是用炒飯底的,香口而且乾身。配料方面有青口,海蝦,魷魚。特別一提,南瓜本身是頗為厚的,吃起來啖啖肉。即使幾個月沒有,來這間餐廳還有保持一貫水準,而且十分抵食。下次經過灣仔也必定會再來。…Read More

W square向來的餐廳食物質素也不錯,在門外看了看菜單,便決定試試這間泰國菜-新泰。內在環境挺寬闊,有不少大枱,也有卡位,非常適合朋友來聚餐!打開Menu認真看看,才發現食品種類非常多,在多項選擇中要定下吃甚麼實在有點困難,因為每樣食物好像也很好味最後,和朋友爭論後,決定了炭燒豬頸肉。炭燒豬頸肉看似普通,但很多泰式餐廳的豬頸肉並沒有經過炭燒,而醬汁也大同小異。但這間餐廳的豬頸肉明顯有被炭燒過,而且更特別的是配上的醬汁較外面的餐廳特別,香茅味很重,豬頸肉醺上微辣的醬汁,很惹味再來是泰式蝦炒金邊粉,外型非常美觀,配料十分豐富,炒完也不會太乾或太濕。最後上菜的酥炸香茅魚,外型上已十分出色,一條魚片起魚肉後再把魚肉炸起,加上香芽菜襯碟,非常好看。醺上醬汁後試了一口,炸得十分酥脆,炸粉不算多,魚肉份量不少,吃過一條便會吃過不停,因為真的很好吃除了酥炸魚,還配試青芒果沙律,酸酸甜甜,稍減熱氣,由醬汁、炸魚和沙律均是很好的組合,實在推烈推薦大家試試這間店除了食物質素很好之外,員工的服務態度也不錯,常常面帶微笑,必定會推介朋友來試試…Read More
