酸酸甜甜的泰式鳳爪一直都是我的至愛, 起了骨的鳳爪,吃下去很爽, 偶爾吃到「較位亅的軟骨, 口感則十分脆, 而且感覺到骨膠原的豐富, 想著想著。。。就不其然再多吃一隻! 直至全碟鳳爪逐漸、逐漸地在我們的眼簾裏消失了為止!

咖哩雞的雞件 ,是已經去掉了雞骨的啖啖淨雞肉 ,十分貼心,很適合懶人吃!

雞肉吃下去很嫩滑,而且一點也不肥膩,十分適合愛健康的福福郎。

青咖哩汁很creamy 、很香、很濃厚的椰汁味。。。 真的做得不錯!

今夜,整體食物的質素很高, 雖然「全院滿座亅,但是等候食物的時間也不長, 一會兒便有得吃, 證明餐廳overall 管理得不錯!👍👍

這間店舖要比盧押道的那一間來得感覺開揚, Ok高的樓底、加上精緻的裝修和闊落的大堂, 感覺上就是一家可以令人「食得得戚 、點得招積、坐得舒適亅的餐廳。

順帶一提,這家店。。。枱和枱之間的距離,也比一般的餐廳稍為寬闊, 較能保障客人的私隱、 就算是要和朋友談「密偈亅, 來說人是非(說三道四),也不怕讓別人聽到。😝

對於今夜的泰菜晚餐, 福福郎覺得整體感覺十分良好。 菜式的價錢也不貴,屬於中價,可謂性價比十分之高, 可以再光顧 。

唯一美中不足的:就是餐廳的整體吸音設備「麻麻地亅, 像今天一樣全院滿座的日子,便會感覺到食客的聲浪有點大和吵耳!但,世事無完美,give & take 啦!

又來銅鑼灣揾食

第一次試呢間灣仔嘅泰國嘢裝修都好靚而且好多侍應都係泰國人天氣咁熱梗係要整返杯青檸梳打水佢梳打水同埋青檸分開自己倒梳打水所以係有平時2杯的份量香芒炸軟殼蟹卷佢係用米紙包住,好有米香味入面都好多餡料軟殼蟹炸得啱啱好好鬆脆,個泰式辣醬都好開胃青咖喱牛肉配薄餅青咖喱好香又唔會太辣,配埋牛肉啱啱好薄餅點青咖喱好惹味蒜蓉炒豆苗豆苗好鮮嫩唔會有渣,而且鑊氣好夠,好味冬陰公湯冬陰公辣味可以接受唔會太辣入面好足料,好似去咗泰國飲嘅冬陰公咁火爐魚入面有魚之外仲有其他配料例如肉丸、菜、菇條魚好新鮮,好有魚味配埋個汁就好好味仲要係一直熱着,條魚唔會有腥味肉丸都好好食整體來講呢間餐廳嘅泰國嘢都好正宗好有泰國嘅風味價錢都可以接受,如果多人share會抵啲

約朋友放工食飯~朋友話想食泰國菜,於是就搵咗灣仔呢一間樓上的泰國餐廳。一去到個感覺已經好舒服,店員安排左我哋坐窗口位。我哋三個人總共叫咗五個餸。首先係蝦餅,炸得好脆!好有蝦味😍($68)之後就係我最愛的生菜包了,雖然佢係兩隻辣椒🌶️🌶️,唔食辣的我覺得辣到啱啱好!佢肉的份量好足夠,夠包兩兜生菜! ($78)朋友好想試所以第一次喺泰國餐廳食貴妃苗都唔錯喎!跟住落嚟就係主菜,pad thai好足料好大份。最後就係大家期待已久的爆炸蟹了。佢未送過嚟已經感受到好震撼喇!佢個餐牌寫時價,去到就問下幾多錢~~佢一隻大概四百幾蚊,都好大隻喎!佢係有好多香料炒蒜包圍着隻蟹,所以都幾入味😍食完晒手手腳腳之後,就可以喺炒蒜堆到入邊尋寶搵吓有冇蟹膏😆都搵到唔少㗎!好滿足的感覺!

佢係有好多香料炒蒜包圍着隻蟹,所以都幾入味😍食完晒手手腳腳之後,就可以喺炒蒜堆到入邊尋寶搵吓有冇蟹膏😆都搵到唔少㗎!好滿足的感覺!

閑逸放工之後,同一位朋友book咗呢間泰國餐廳,近就唔係好近地鐵站,但係喺港島區,算係幾方便。咁呢間餐廳嘅價錢就唔算話平,但亦絕對唔算貴。算係一間中價嘅泰國餐廳啦。不過佢嘅環境絕對算係咁多間食過嘅泰國餐廳入邊最舒適。首先係裝潢方面,呢間餐廳望落去已經令人覺得好舒服同埋唔會好逼夾。而餐廳亦都安排我哋兩個坐四人嘅座位,所以感覺上坐得好舒服。咁係飲品方面,我個人認為就冇咩特別,都係主打沙冰同埋珍多冰之類嘅飲品。而係食物方面,呢間餐廳嘅菜式都好主流,例如馬拉盞炒通菜,燒牛肉,同埋冬陰公。感覺上亦都好乾淨,味道亦都唔錯。不過個炒飯就令我有啲驚喜,咁我哋就叫咗一個海鮮炒飯,兩個人share就啱啱好,個飯上面有少少肉鬆,出乎意料地配合。

係苦悶既日子,相約同事們放工去食返餐好既。左揀右揀就揀左呢間係causeway bay既泰國菜。我地book左6點半,因為平日既關係,餐廳唔算多人。餐廳都幾寬敞舒適,裝修都幾有泰國風味,我地俾安排左坐係梳化位置。餐牌都有唔少既選擇,朋友一早係openrice睇定有咩推介食物,本身我次次食泰國菜都會食馬拉盞炒通菜,朋友話炒貴妃苗有更多個like wor, 咁就試下最後我地叫左爆炸蟹、生菜包、蝦餅、炒金邊粉、蒜蓉炒貴妃苗。生菜包辣辣地夠開胃份量都有唔少。蝦餅蝦味夠濃炒金邊粉份量十足,味道不俗🤤到主角壓軸出場-爆炸蟹,係用炸蒜加辣椒炒蟹,感覺好似避風塘炒蟹咁。隻蟹應該有斤幾重,好香口,仲有蟹膏tim。好滿足既一餐。地方舒適,服務員態度唔錯。

之前聽過幾個朋友介紹過呢間東南亞餐廳今口終於有機會試下,上到餐廳係大堂裝修充滿東南亞風味,室內空間寬闊。最近天氣咁熱同朋友各點一杯飲品消暑解熱,珍多冰椰奶底香又唔太甜,內裏斑蘭啫喱Q彈。龍眼冰係餐廳推介,龍眼肉大大粒清甜。東南亞菜必點既串燒沙嗲$78(半打)價錢抵食。平時最怕肉質燒到好乾好難由竹籤咬開串燒肉但呢一份串燒串燒外層微焦得黎唔會好乾又易咬開,滿意👍🏻軟殼蟹米紙卷又有芒果同牛油果,清爽得黎又健康,好適合咁熱無咩胃口既天氣,一啖一舊啱啱好。天氣太熱胃口唔太大最後就點多一款主菜胡椒大蝦,大蝦蝦頭炸得好脆口內裏仲有少少蝦膏慢慢品嚐。
