金邊粉炒得很乾身, 咬下去軟靱有致,很滑、很有口感 。 金黃色的蛋餅網放在金邊粉的上面 , 賣相非常精緻 , 蛋網 吃起來 一點也不油膩, 蛋味很濃郁、很香 ;配上蝦仁和花生碎 一起吃,口感跟食味均十分精彩, 一吃便知是用心之作!

酸酸甜甜的泰式鳳爪一直都是我的至愛, 起了骨的鳳爪,吃下去很爽, 偶爾吃到「較位亅的軟骨, 口感則十分脆, 而且感覺到骨膠原的豐富, 想著想著。。。就不其然再多吃一隻! 直至全碟鳳爪逐漸、逐漸地在我們的眼簾裏消失了為止!

咖哩雞的雞件 ,是已經去掉了雞骨的啖啖淨雞肉 ,十分貼心,很適合懶人吃!

雞肉吃下去很嫩滑,而且一點也不肥膩,十分適合愛健康的福福郎。

今夜,整體食物的質素很高, 雖然「全院滿座亅,但是等候食物的時間也不長, 一會兒便有得吃, 證明餐廳overall 管理得不錯!👍👍

這間店舖要比盧押道的那一間來得感覺開揚, Ok高的樓底、加上精緻的裝修和闊落的大堂, 感覺上就是一家可以令人「食得得戚 、點得招積、坐得舒適亅的餐廳。

順帶一提,這家店。。。枱和枱之間的距離,也比一般的餐廳稍為寬闊, 較能保障客人的私隱、 就算是要和朋友談「密偈亅, 來說人是非(說三道四),也不怕讓別人聽到。😝

對於今夜的泰菜晚餐, 福福郎覺得整體感覺十分良好。 菜式的價錢也不貴,屬於中價,可謂性價比十分之高, 可以再光顧 。

唯一美中不足的:就是餐廳的整體吸音設備「麻麻地亅, 像今天一樣全院滿座的日子,便會感覺到食客的聲浪有點大和吵耳!但,世事無完美,give & take 啦!

第三次嚟呢度食飯,今次多人啲可以叫多啲嘢食,點左甜蝦,雞肉牛肉串燒,小食拼盤,綠咖喱,薄餅,雞翼,pad thai等等。食得好過癮好滋味。小食拼盤嘅炸蝦餅真係好好味,唔驚熱氣嘅話可以食多幾舊。仲有雞翼真係冇得頂,如果送酒就一流。每次黎都係平日嘅夜晚,但次次都爆滿,可以見到佢哋嘅食物一直都保持穩定嘅水準,而且性價比高,好多回頭客。三次都係食呢間分店,唔知另外一間分店水準係點,有機會都去另一間分店試吓。

呢的生蝦非常好食! 蝦爽口,有甜味! 有的泰國菜只會俾一的雪蝦你食..完全冇味...但呢間就唔係!
個汁都有泰國8,9成似....不過呢個就比例辣....我同朋友都食到雪雪聲....

總括黎講~呢餐都係好食既~ 因為坦白講,就算真係係九龍城,有時都唔會每一樣野都一定好食~ 所以呢間泰菜叫5道菜有3道好食已經算好好!

想食泰國野又唔想走去九龍城,就搵左位於灣仔既新泰。佢地餐廳既設計同擺設都充滿泰國風情仲有好多打卡位添。店員都好主動有禮😊座位好闊落。燈光暗暗地,坐得好舒服。至於食物方面佢地都有好多選擇,咖喱、泰式炒粉麵飯、泰國特色小食、沙律都有齊哂。次次去泰國餐廳我地都必食咖喱,今次都唔例外叫左馬沙拉咖喱 有雞牛豬可以選擇,我地就揀左牛肉,咖喱入面有牛肉片、薯仔、青椒、車厘茄等等,呢個咖喱係唔辣,帶小小甜,我地就叫左印度薄餅黎點咖喱,薄餅又酥又脆,一d唔油膩,點埋咖喱一流👍🏻冬蔭公海鮮金邊粉,鋪上左幾種唔同既海鮮,好豐盛😆金邊粉入口好滑,咬落有口感,亦都好掛湯,啖啖都有濃濃既冬蔭公味鹽焗鱸魚,上菜時候熱辣辣,魚上面有小小粗鹽,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,就咁點小小鹽食已經好好味,食到魚本身既鮮甜味。亦可以點佢地既泰國辣醬,別有一番風味

呢間泰國菜從來都冇令我失望,食物味道好,環境好,服務態度都好。今次食咗佢幾出名嘅麵包炸軟殼蟹咖喱,果然出名係有原因!雖然都要$200一個,但其實好大份好飽㗎!麵包好食,外皮係少少脆,入面白色麵包好鬆軟,會索嗮d咖喱汁。軟殼蟹都幾脆,除咗d浸咗係咖喱汁入面好耐果d,其他都好脆好香口。唯獨我覺得咖喱唔夠辣,完全係HK口味,我鍾意食辣d嘅咖喱。外型都好靚呢!喇沙海鮮米線。喇沙湯好飲,但都係唔夠辣。蝦係好食嘅!但我以為會有多d其他海鮮添,原來得蝦。飛天通菜!其實就係蒜蓉辣椒炒通菜。如果食厭咗馬拉盞炒通菜,可以試下呢個。不過呢間嘅飛天通菜俾我食過嘅濕身,同有多陣豆豉味。串燒唔錯,有豬牛雞各兩串,推薦牛。服務真係好好啊!完全唔洗叫人斟水,侍應一見你飲咗少少就會主動過黎refill:)
