旺角有唔少泰式餐廳,所以一直都好少特登去九龍城食。而今次呢間餐廳,一直都有唔少捧場客,當晚6點到達,坐左一陣入座率都已經有7-8成,人氣都算高。黎之前睇過d食評,見十個有八個食客都話呢度既串燒、小食拼盤抵食,但由於唔想食咁多炸野,結果只點左串燒同燒雞翼。串燒@$12,燒雞翼$15呢度只有豬同雞揀,如果真係想食牛,都可以揀和牛串燒,不過我見評價一般,所以無試到。其實兩款串燒都唔錯,出面坊間為左燒豬肉唔乾,通常都會用好肥既豬肉串,但呢度既豬食落啖啖肉,但又唔會好鞋。至於雞就正常水平,無特別驚喜。燒雞翼調味正常,但由於我只食搥位,肉質鞋左d,朋友亦表示normal。香茅豬扒飯 $65份量好大,豬扒大塊得黎又有d厚度;我估鬆肉粉落得比較少,所以仍然保留到肉質原有既扎實感,但又唔會好硬,配埋個酸酸甜甜既汁,開胃又餸飯。雖然豬扒肥膏位都有唔少,但整體味道唔錯。黃咖哩雞 $80 配薄餅 $30全餐飯比較令人失望既就係呢個咖哩,香料味唔重,味道偏甜,而且好稀好水,如果水落少d,煮番杰身d就更好。薄餅外層煎到好酥脆,食落”嗦嗦”聲;本身沾咖哩好好味,但可惜咖哩好水,唔太掛到d汁。餐廳優惠,只要惠顧滿$200,就可以優惠價$1配生蝦、海蜇、木瓜沙律、椰汁糕,我地揀左生蝦。以$1呢個價錢黎講,質素已經相當唔錯。兩個人埋單$227,人均$110,食到5款食物,性價比幾高。整體食物質素同價錢成正比,雖然唔係好正宗,但岩香港人口味。…Read More

今日放工後與朋友在旺角逛了一會,在Moko 商場行完之後,打算找間平民價的好食餐廳,在晚餐中稍為慳一慳。我倆就從Moko 行回旺角市中心途中,看到這間泰廚,我隱約記得這間餐廳的性價比是頗高的,於是就夾住朋友直接前往這間餐廳。我們去的時間還算早,大約7點3左右,但餐廳已經幾乎坐滿。如果到8點左右,相信平日亦要在外等一等位。我和朋友二人就被安排坐樓上座位,感覺還更好,因為比較寬敞一點。泰廚的食物款式居多,而且價錢相對貼地,所以同一個價錢亦可以點多一款食物,非常抵食。➻ 1. 泰式菠蘿炒飯之所以話貼地的原因,是因為星期一至日餐廳都會有一款特價菜式。是日為泰式菠蘿炒飯,當然不可以錯過優惠。菠蘿炒飯以半隻菠蘿盛載,份量亦裝得非常滿,多到會瀉出來。炒飯除有菠蘿基底之外,還加上不同海鮮配料來炒作,味道酸甜得來又有鮮味。➻ 2. 泰式小食拼盤(小)泰國菜,其中一個最吸引的食物就是其小食。最好的就當然是點個小食拼盤,而這裡就可以一次過有5款小食,包括豬肉、雞肉串燒、泰式蝦片、春捲及炸魚餅。這個小食拼盤的配搭實在不錯,每款小食都非常合口味,沒有一款是較失色的。不過,最好食的我會選雞肉串燒。➻ 3. 泰式香茅雞翼基於我和朋友較喜歡食串燒,所以就另外加配香茅雞翼串燒。而且還是雞全翼來的。這裡的雞翼串燒是配上沙嗲醬的,所以不是乾燒,不會太寡。➻ 4. 泰式椰青不用多說,兩個人就來兩個原隻大椰青,椰肉尚算滑,不會過生(椰青是對女孩好的呢)。➻ 5. 泰式生蝦性價比高,還有一個原因,就是吃滿$200 可以加$1 換取以下一款食物,我們就點了泰式生蝦。雖知道普通點一份泰式生蝦的價錢都不便宜,而這裡夠$200 就可以加$1 換取,非常之抵食。要找一間價錢貼地又好味的餐廳,泰廚是一個好選擇。而我們離開的時候,門外已經開始有人排隊了。…Read More

與住在旺角的朋友約晚飯局,首選當然是位於附近的餐廳;因朋友都屬於重口味一族,辣味菜是少不了的,綜合兩樣因素,即時想到了這家泰菜餐廳--泰廚;餐廳座落的位置離地鐵站很接近,約朋友確是十分方便;門面人流如鯽,內裡也十分熱鬧;好在我們到達的時間尚早,不用等位就直接進內了;裡面的裝潢比較接地氣,簡潔實用親民化;牆邊一隅掛上一排排的佛牌,隱隱透出泰式風格;菜單選擇豐富多樣,基本上很多菜式都想點,最後精選了就著朋友與我的喜好,點好了菜就馬上落單;當晚特價的加一元的--泰式生蝦一登場,就知道其不是說笑的;蝦肉爽彈中帶點咀嚼感,蘸上泰式辣醬,多重的香料味與辣味很調和,醒胃祛腥而提鮮,兩者是極佳組合!泰式豬手,滷水十分入味,豬皮與肉質俱嫩滑,口感很好,唯一美中不足是鹹味有點多了,幸而底下有爽脆的清焯芥蘭平衡這股鹹味!再來半隻雞蛋,吸收了味蕾中剩餘的鹹味,更覺清新!炸蝦餅拼炸魚餅,其一炸蝦餅外皮酥脆,中間的蝦餅肉實淨中也夠爽彈細緻,蘸上泰式酸甜醬更突出蝦肉鮮味!而炸魚餅其味更濃郁,表層香脆中透出煙燻氣息,內裡的香料味與魚肉及肉餡味也挺融合!燒和牛串,少許的調味已帶出和牛豐腴的牛脂本味,肉質嫩滑,肉汁豐富,加上煙燻氣息主導,中間的燒青椒與洋蔥的滋味混雜一起,真美味也!燒雞串以沙爹汁作提味,本身滑嫩的雞肉配上煙燻味已夠吸引,加上香辣惹味的醬汁,自然令味蕾欣喜不已!來個蔬菜平衡一下腸胃,馬拉盞炒通菜是穩陣之選;鹹香的醬汁滲入通菜的葉片之中,而通菜的莖很爽脆,兩者相加後的滋味很調和而美妙!最後的青咖喱海鮮,材料十分豐富,青咖喱汁本味濃郁得來又有九層塔的香氣透出,適中的辣度,入口又十分嫩滑,基本上與每樣食材都是佳配!青口肉質飽滿而味鮮,青咖喱汁添加的味道格外美味!魷魚片很爽彈,醬汁很有提鮮效果!青豆與椰菜吸收了大量的青咖喱汁,香味已不用多說,讚賞的是其辣度令人很醒神!其實懂得尋找,旺區中也有好泰菜,這晚就是與好友享受了一趟輕鬆地滿足味蕾的旅程!…Read More

事源係咁嘅,話說有一日喺旺角行完街,好想食串燒,諗嚟諗去,最近番屋企嘅車站,只係有呢家食店有泰式串燒,抬頭望一望,見佢豬肉雞肉同司華力腸都係賣$12蚊一串姐,所以就叫咗兩雞一豬番屋企啦,試完之後發現出奇地好味,尤其係佢隻沙嗲醬我好鍾意,又惹味又香,要咗辣嘅更加食到流口水,所以呢一晚就決定叫阿肥嚟入舖試下佢嘅full set泰國菜啦。我哋嚟嘅時間都差唔多夜晚十點幾,仍然係枱枱都有客,有個親切嘅哥哥店員招呼我哋,仲介紹佢哋其中一個特價菜單,原本係分咗星期一至日,每日都有一款平嘢,咁佢話過咗十點後冇分架喇,全部都一樣會特價Yeahhh,即係愈夜愈開心喇。我哋就點咗以下呢幾款:1.泰式豬手(例牌)2.泰式炸蝦餅拼炸春卷3.泰燒和牛串 x 24.串燒沙嗲(4雞2豬)5.泰式椰青6.泰式啡噢靚另外,仲可以用極級優惠價$1蚊一碟任選小食,我哋本來想叫泰式椰汁糕架,但原來賣哂了,所以我哋揀咗泰式生蝦。我本來以為一蚊咁平,可能應該都係一人一隻就算架啦,點知佢嚟到我見到總共都有四隻喎,開心指數即時提升人哋話生蝦唔好放太耐先食,驚有細菌,所以我拿拿臨就放入口,點埋佢提供嘅泰式辣汁,再加塊蒜片,就算係一蚊嘅都仍然好味道!!!串燒來了~即叫即燒,熱辣辣,無論雞肉同豬肉都一樣好味,阿肥怕辣都食得到,出面個專門負責串燒嘅姐姐應該已經經驗老到,唔會燒到啲肉乾爭爭,要再一次強調佢嘅沙嗲醬我真係覺得好正泰燒和牛串就會比較貴啲,要廿蚊串,一串有四粒和牛,中間會夾住啲青椒同洋蔥,我都覺得幾好食,幾香,和牛肉質都夠軟腍,唔會有筋,揀飲擇食嘅阿肥就挑走哂啲青椒因為佢唔鍾意食嘅🤷🏻‍♀️炸春卷就OK啦味道唔錯,不過個皮唔夠脆,所以唔夠香口~炸蝦餅就好食啲,有咬口同埋蝦膠都彈彈地牙,點啲泰式辣醬一齊食會更加美味,只係略嫌呢個拼盤要$71蚊就好似貴咗小小。個泰式豬手(例牌)個賣相就一流,好似入哂味咁,不過因為我一向都唔食豬手嘅,呢碟嘢係阿肥一人獨享,佢就食到好滋味,同我匯報話勁好食,啲肉好腍好入味,仲有幾條芥蘭同半隻滷水蛋伴碟添,另外仲有啲酸菜,應該係for解油膩嘅,哈哈😬最後就到飲品,阿肥話佢個椰青勁勁勁好味,裡面啲椰子肉唔會實的的,又唔硬,嘆完仲話想再encore,俾我制止咗而我嗰杯泰式啡噢靚,我本來係見個名咁特別,同埋$14蚊一杯又唔貴,所以點嚟試下~店員哥哥喺我落單嘅時候向我強調,係一杯甜嘅齋啡來~啱丫!齋啡我至鍾意喇總括嚟講,呢度嘅食物水準都算幾好,價錢亦算OK,如果要食泰國菜,唔一定要去九龍城啦…Read More
