「華星冰室」相信大家都聽過,在旺角這個中心地區就可以吃得到,即便不是假日人流都很多,不過人流去得快,排隊等一下就可以吃得到了!來個常餐叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋+多士+飲品,意粉跟一般的茶餐廳無異,都是粗身的湯意粉,不過這裡的炒蛋真的是很有水準,蛋香重之餘蛋很滑︿而且份量也很多,用來配著多士吃就可以自製蛋治了哈哈!另外點了鹹牛肉蛋餅出前一丁,這次選了「重口味」,原來是把湯底轉了一個像羅宋湯的底,雖說蕃茄味道重也有濃郁,不過配出前一丁,還是原來的麻油味最好吃,選「重口味」還要多加$5呢。鹹牛肉蛋餅份量很多,牛肉的鹹香配上牛的微焦,不錯。最後當然要吃校長多士,不加價的多士,上面是黑松露加上芝士,還沒吃已經可以聞到黑松露的香,芝士鋪滿整個多士面,一口可以吃到黑松露的香加芝士的奶味,雖然吃完整個常餐,但吃這個多士還是停不了呢!…Read More

我是一個不折不扣的雞蛋 fan, 是日約了朋友食飯, 她話想食雞蛋, 我就當然歡迎啦. 而朋友最近見到有關華星冰室的報道, 感覺吸引便決定一試下午3點左右到達, 店內依然旺場, 幸好只是等了一會就能入座而且是卡位呢:)   這裡果然係雞蛋茶餐廳, 餐牌上係各式各樣的雞蛋, 而營業時間7 點- 11 點, 可想而知佢地的雞蛋係幾咁受歡迎. 研究了一輪, 終於決定了要校長多士(松露芝士多士)和牛肉奄列. 其實牛肉與奄列唔係一個好的組合但實在太想食奄列, 孤且一試. 朋友的校長多士先上, 一放下已飄來引人的香氣, 厚切多士烘得香脆與松露芝士配合得宜, 但原來佢是沒有用上蛋的, 但搞笑的是我同朋友都一箱情願的以為華星冰室所有食品都有蛋... 上回講到在那間Cafe無奈離開後,當然要再找個地方平伏一下心情!D小姐話太子附近有華星冰室,裡面有小妹想吃好耐的松露多士!一聽後,當然舉腳贊成,立即出發!可能秋涼的關係,步行到太子附近也不覺炎熱,真好!這一條街很多茶餐廳林立,華星冰室卻坐滿客人,幸好在外面排了約5分鐘便有位了,還要是最喜歡的卡位。據說華星是由華星唱片公司的高層所開設,難怪店內貼上了不少明星到店裡的照片,星光熠熠。最重要的是,所售賣的常餐,水準媲美人氣大熱的「澳牛」(澳洲牛奶公司),「伙記」也沒像「澳牛」這麼"chr"!?難怪店內常常坐滿客人呢!一坐下,我們已決定每人來一份常餐和一客校長多士。其實我是為了校長多士而來的,三份常餐不夠5分鐘便全部上檯,動作果然很快,不過侍應們都很斯文啦!常餐 $34 (包飲品,凍飲 +$2)叉燒意粉/通粉 + 火腿煎蛋/炒蛋 + 牛油多士 + 咖啡/茶叉燒通常說來就是在家煮的味道,叉燒較乾身,沒什麼食味;以3.6牛乳所炒的炒蛋十分滑溜,有著濃濃的蛋香,放它放在經烘烤的多士上一同吃,真好味!再來再來就是期待已久的校長多士 ($25),其實就是松露多士,一客4件,多士已烘至金黃色及十分脆身,加上芝士及份量十足的松露一起烘焗,熱辣辣的多士,那濃郁的松露味道,太美味了!真想再來多客!…Read More
