Worst Service Ever!!!

We had specifically ask for the rooftop open area and called to confirmed our booking for lunch. Finally when we have arrived to the restaurant. The waitress told us that the rooftop area has been closed and it was not available. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager raise up his voice to repeat again and again that the rooftop has been closed for more than a year and for sure we are wrong to have this idea. This type of service is more than ridiculous. At last we were a bit too hungr

The waitress told us that the rooftop area has been closed and it was not available. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager raise up his voice to repeat again and again that the rooftop has been closed for more than a year and for sure we are wrong to have this idea. This type of service is more than ridiculous. At last we were a bit too hungry that we would just like to order anyways. As we were with a party of 5 and there were asked to see if we can have the plastic board removed from us since we all vaccinated and used the leave home safe app. They said it’s not possible while the table literally right next to us can all sit together as a group of 6 and they explained that this is another area. If it was a few tables away which I can understand but they are literally right next to us and they guy finally come and said if we show the vaccination record then it can be removed. All of us just literally stand up and walk out right away. Terrible and ridiculous experience which I would never ever come again.
