On a Sunday we came for lunch early around noon. We walked in and the shop was empty which was nice since we've got 2 babies with us. Quickly, the shop was filled with customers including the tables outside. We ordered the Katsu combo for myself and a small bowl of ramen for my girl. For $98, the Katsu combo was a deal! In it were two tempura shrimps, oysters and pork fill with cheese. The breading was crispy and the colour was golden (which means they use fresh oil!!). The rice was moist and so
We ordered the Katsu combo for myself and a small bowl of ramen for my girl. For $98, the Katsu combo was a deal! In it were two tempura shrimps, oysters and pork fill with cheese. The breading was crispy and the colour was golden (which means they use fresh oil!!). The rice was moist and soft, easily digestible even for a toddler. The portion was big enough to satisfy an empty stomach.
The bowl of ramen noodle was delicious. My little girl finished it all. The noodle itself was tangy and the soup was rich but not salty like those made with MSG.
This is a great place for a quick lunch or family meal. Service charge is omitted so feel free to add on at your discretion.
Oh, and they provided us with baby chair, which is really a surprise for me since small restaurants like this doesnt usually have it.
The main reason for this review (since I seldom write one), is because my little girl made a mess all over the floor, and the waiters there were so kind to help clean up the place, and also offered a clean bib for my girl. I really appreciate their understanding.
