When we visited this place, it was still quite new at the time.Anyway, the food was not bad. Most of what we ordered were small portion skewers. For the drinks, we had ''Wong Lo Kat'', a herbal-based drink which goes well with BBQ. If you like to munch, try the crunchy chicken cartilages cut in cubes. The Chinese cabbage for example was marinated in salty sour sauce and sesame.

Eggplants were grilled whole. The white part came off easily from the center. A little effort was needed to peel it off the skin on the side.

Another kind of veggie we tried was chive. The dish had the same salt and sour marinade as the cabbage.

When we lifted the chives off the plate, they were hanging and dangling from the wooden picks. It was tricky to eat. We probably should have asked restaurant staff to give us scissors to cut the long chives. As for other meats, they were alright.

Our most expensive dish was the plate of scallops. Freshness with a touch of zesty lemon and garlic: delightful! As for the restaurant itself, it is really small. There is a room next to the front of the shop with a few small tables and chairs inside. People can also sit outside. It is pretty convenient when it becomes crowdy and busy. Actually, I would rather sit outside. Inside, it felt like we were squished or trapped in a transparent box where people would observe us. I felt like a skewer...
Maybe I won't go that early next time so I can get a spot outside.

One thing for sure is that we can't go to 4 BY 1 with a big group of people, unless we reserve the whole place to ourselves.
