We have order five dishes:Baby Back ribs (Regular Slab):there r three portion that we can choose for the dish: half, regular and full. But actuali the regular size is not as large as I expected. Anyway, for the taste and texture, it is one of the best ribs I have ever tried in HK. Spicy sauce goes with the tender and juicy meat creates a perfect combination together.Shrimp KebobsI think it's jus so-so because there's a strange smell goes along with the shrimps. Shrimp Kebobs
I think it's jus so-so because there's a strange smell goes along with the shrimps. This may due to the shrimp is not fresh enough. The yellow rice underneath the shrimp is tasteless.
Onion Loaf (half portion)
Again so-so because it's too oily and i think it's a bit over-cooked. The onion is soaked up with oil...and i am kinda sick after finish up the dish.
Thai Peanut Salad
Salad is fresh with the spicy and tasty sauce together.however i think it's kinda spicy for a salad and the over all taste is overwhelmed with the taste of blac pepper. The chicken is a bit dry but overall it's a nice salad
Apple Crisp
Not bad but can be better with more crumble on top. Also more flour and butter shud be added to the crumble to create the cruchy texture of the whole dessert.
Side (Bread, Coleslaw, and ranch style baked beans, Fries)
The bread is sooo bad that it's cold and as hard as a rock.
Coleslaw is bad and tasteless
The flavour of the baked been is abit too strong.Overall the sides are reli bad.
Fries is jus normal one, not very crispy and thick enuf as typical american style one.
