Went this 2-month Ningpo restaurant over the weekend to give a second try after not so satisfactory visit of its sister shop in TST several months ago. I must say this restaurant chain still got some serious management issue. First, the restaurant was very under-staffed from kitchen chief to waiters. The waiting time for cold dishes were so long(usually they are pre-prepared and ready to serve in other restaurants) that we had to cancel them as some of hot dishes already arrived. even with hot
