I feel sorry when I see that the restaurant got their 1st 劣評For me, it's the best hotpot restaurant I've ever had.I like this restaurant also because it's one of the very few restaurants in HK which can keep their standard so well. My favourite dishes include:- 花膠雞 (湯底) > 好濃，真材實料。每次我哋都會飲咗頭淡湯先至開始打邊爐，餐廳會加返雞湯補充，所以唔會越食越淡。番茄蟹 (湯底) > 好濃好鮮味，啲番茄真係煮到融化。牛頸脊 > 好重好重牛味，軟硬度適中。蝦丸 墨丸 > 超新鮮同彈牙象拔蚌 > 好鮮甜，每次質數都好好。& the last but not the least: 生炒糯米飯 (it's the best of the best in town!!!!)
