Loved this place so much went back a couple of times while we were in Hong Kong. Perfect location on the sea front, and the inside is plastered in money all over ceilings and walls. Great selection of beers and although we never had any food menus looked very reasonable priced. The staff were lovely and so friendly. made our holiday going here! I wasn’t aware that you had to order at the bar as this was my first time eating there. So when I finally walked up to the bar, the lady working there suddenly kept shouting and commenting “Everyone has to order at the bar. I’m not a waitress. Everyone orders at the bar.” She kept shouting this repeatedly as I was waiting to give my order. After giving my order to this other guy, I was going to walk back to my table and then she started shouting “PAY FIRST. YOU PAY EVERYTHING FIRST”. I couldn’t

Extremely bad attitude and service by the main bar tender lady. Made you feel not welcomed and even discriminated as a Hk local Chinese. She intentionally showed 180 degree different faces and attitudes toward Chinese vs Western customers. Very ugly & uncivilised behaviour experienced & witnessed in that bar which is very rare in HK. In fact I don't think HK would welcome such bar running here. Shameful 👎🏻本土香港中國人居然在香港的家遇上這種不文明歧視對待、感到非常驚訝遗憾及不幸丶在香港居然有這情况丶也感到非常羞耻！

Dirty cups, horrendous service and awful food. When we asked where our food was after waiting 20 minutes the waitress snapped with "Where's your money?" and walked away mumbling in Tagalog.

I went there because friends recommend it ... For, sure the beers there are not the cheapest, but that's Hong Kong I really liked the selection but especially I like the atmosphere there! All kinds of bills of every currently you could think of... everything! Really great! I really enjoyed it!

Politely asked for a drink, but got put on blast in front of other customers just because I did not say "please". Very rude and impolite.好有禮貌咁order嘢飲，但就係因為冇講"please", 俾個老闆娘當住其他客人面前話。但如果你係外國人，佢就唔會出聲。好racist同無禮貌。

Rude and arrogant service at this bar. Simply asked for a glass of water and lady rudely told me to go somewhere else and buy one. It's a bar for Christ sake...I ordered a beer and her first response was don't you know how to say please ? Uhh..ok... She was yelling at everyone basically. What kind of an establishment treats its customers like this? If you want to hear out and let some steam off, avoid this crappy joint at all costs

昨天經過赤柱大街, 因為比較熱, 打算找處地方消暑休息一下, 因為唔係好肚餓, 所以只想找個地方飲下嘢, 剛剛見到一間酒吧, 入到去, 原來全部都係外籍人士, 環境都好有西方感覺, 可能方便飲酒,食物都以小食, 薯條, 三文冶等為主, 而份量都算大, 我們叫了兩杯飲品, 一杯啤酒, 一杯Cocktail - Sex on the Beach, 但杯Cocktail 就調得比較一般, 只有顏色, 沒有特色, 味道又只有單一的VOKA味道, 價錢唔係咁值, 反而啤酒價錢比較合理, 留意到其他的客人,每款啤酒用嘅杯都有些分別, 而且大大杯又夠汽, 又夠凍。我們找了個門口位, 可以望海景之餘, 又可以吹吹風, 酒吧裡的裝飾比較特別, 主耍以不同國家紙幣貼在牆壁及天花, 應該係一些遊客到此一遊留下, 內裡亦有一部懷舊點唱機, 如果想感受一下外國地道酒吧的感覺這裡都可以考慮一下  

十一月中旬‧晴不知不覺，又行到這裡，那喝一杯吧。威士忌沒有什麼心水，不想喝啤酒，來一杯白酒吧。在這裡，沒有選擇，也不用太講究（或可以說我不懂講究也行），來的就是一杯「莎當尼」。凍凍的，甜甜的，果味香，不乾身也不酸，餘韻不長，幾整潔。不過是晚喝什麼也沒有所謂，只想喝一杯罷了。原來星期中這裡幾少人的，坐了好一會，也不願走。

食完飯當然要飲番杯，見到佢招牌有個骷髏骨所以吸引左入來﹗點左兩杯啤酒，找個露天位坐下﹗呢度很不錯呢，可以對住晚上既美利樓，真係幾靚﹗啤酒星期六無happy hr四十幾蚊杯，正常價錢﹗能靜靜地看著遊人，是一種悠然的樂趣，很舒服﹗

和外賓遊遊赤柱, 行到熱熱地, 外賓提議食啤酒. 就入了此店.話 Smugglers Inn 又真的入型入格, 裡面黑黑潻潻, 貼滿 ID copies 又銀紙的.本來又飲 Hoegaarden, 沒有就唯有退其求次, 要青島啤酒了.海邊涼風陣陣, 坐正門口很涼快. 喝一口啤酒, 一生一大樂事.

上星期日，難得男友放假，與他入赤柱一遊，我一早已鎖定目標來這裡享受一下，因為有食家說這裡生啤種類特多。約下午2 時許來到，全場爆滿，剛好有對外籍人士離開，頓時了一口氣，雖然是室內的吧枱，不過冇所謂。不知這裡何時開始happy hour，故沒有理會。這裡店面細小，但生啤款式真係極多，至少有8 款，叫了foster、tiger 和至愛的kilkenny，另加一客fish and chips。啤酒拉得唔錯，tiger 就有帶少少酸，不是我杯茶，fish and chips 的粉漿不俗，勁脆又不厚，薯角就有點遜色，因為實在太乾了。這裡採用開式設計，海風偶爾送爽，霎是舒服，臨走時有個外國人對我們arsenal is the best，這是當然的了，haha！

食飽飽行過黎飲杯野. 可能係海邊既關係, 感覺好relax. 有D似去左渡假咁. (又可能係鬼佬效應, 因為成間鋪都係得我地兩個中國人)飲左兩杯Kilkenny, d泡好滑, 啤酒我冇乜研究, 幾好味囉.

在赤柱飲啤酒，如果同太座一起的話，不是去船屋，就是來這裡，可能是飲開有感情，事實上係好難同新開果幾間產生感情的。話說「OR滑/游/食團」之日，同班早一點游/滑完水的食友去左赤柱先，而我也要去打點之後在Boathouse的一切。游完水，口淡淡，最好就飲杯啤酒，我的推介當然是這裡。呢度店如其名，昏昏暗暗的真係幾有走私feel。店內以黑色為主，四周都貼滿了簽了名的各國貨幣，幾得意。這裡雖然店子小小，但生啤種類真的幾多，亦是成日幫襯的原因之一。有普通的青島、嘉士伯、科士打，亦有Guinness、Kilkenny、New Castle及Becks，算好多選擇。我們七位食友，叫了兩杯科士打，四杯Becks及一杯California Punch。有飲當然要有食，叫了一籃牛油爆谷及炸薯皮。套用了T兄的意見，Becks麥味香濃，十分不錯。牛油爆谷熱辣辣，但其實飲生啤食炸薯條最正，炸薯皮就一般了一點。星期六沒有happy hour，埋單每人55蚊，大家傾傾講講，也真的渡過一個歡樂時光。題外話：太座也很喜歡來這裡，因為這裡有不少客人也帶小狗來飲野，當晚就發生獵犬大戰混種terrier的場面，喜歡狗的話，這裡

3-9-2005 1850大家游完水後，時間尚早，晚餐時間還未到，先黎個happy hour 先，除了亞芝及mc-mug 要Foster之外，大家都叫了Beck，味道比一般的淡少少，呢排飲得比較多啤酒(但未去到沈迷)，開始有點研究。有酒點會冇小食呢？KC兄幫我們點了兩款小食：牛油爆谷及磨菇薯仔，爆谷唔算好大粒，味道及香味都有，送酒一流，薯仔其實係一開二連皮，面上舖著少少磨菇粒，味道淡左少少，齋食會好少少，其間在餐廳門口見到一隻小狗向住另一隻狂吠，如果係小朋友會係點呢？
