說起來都有點不好意思~本來這份禮物是送給生日的友人C~可惜卻因時間不合而最終沒有機會相見~就只好即晚自已獨食了XD ~第一次買LGB的馬卡龍~一來是自已向來對這甜點不是太大興趣~而且總覺得它的unit price通常都訂得很高不化算~~這次的2個裝禮盒~就要$36了在七彩繽紛的甜品櫃中~也循例問一問最popular的款式~最後要了店員推介而且數量最少的朱古力味~~還有自已心水的Earl Grey伯爵紅茶味~~~單價$15@~但禮盒絲帶要加錢嘛~~~最surprise是連絲帶都有數色可選~此服務還真貼心~送男送女也可以~先試Earl Grey那個~~一身啡色的外脆內韌杏仁蛋白酥餅當中摻有不少茶葉粉粒~未吃之前都已嗅到那獨特的茶香~而夾層的ganache餡料也半點不漏~濃淡茶香互相映襯~相得益彰~~是吃過最好的Earl Grey Macaroon~~而朱古力在此回合相對失色~面層的可可粉確實是個不錯的副調~可能甜魔功力未到家~就覺得較為濃~飽和度過高~~還是Earl Grey較為特別可取~這趟在沒有心理準備的情況下自已吃了送給別人的甜點~感覺怪怪的~但久聞LGB的Macaroon上好評價~

對咖啡的熱愛簡直是愛到分離仍是愛，喝過了中茶點心後，最後還是走了去喝咖啡，所以就腳的選了這一間。也是例牌的點一杯Double Espresso，而另外的一杯則選了Flat White，因為在香港暫時也不是很多咖啡店有，所以今天見到有此款咖啡，也點來試試。經過店員一番努力下，也有得喝了，咖啡用上紙杯盛着，用咁大個紙杯盛兩個shot的Double Espresso，真的覺得有點大材小用，Double Espresso表面的Crema不厚，但嗅一嗅，又確是幾有咖啡香的，用上一百巴仙的阿拉伯加咖啡豆，也是用鼻子猛吸一下再用口呷一口咖啡，整個鼻腔及口腔也是咖啡味，咖啡的酸度及苦度皆不高，有咖啡味而更有咖啡香，跟Café Kenon的又是另一個風格，雖然沒有了咖啡脂的滋潤，但咖啡香度高而餘韻夠長，也勉強可抵銷了這點吧，這杯Espresso絕不是完美，但至少也算是滿意的。Flat White其實跟Caffe Latte很相似，但分別在於其奶的質地，雖然大家都是用上Steamed Milk，但用來沖Flat White的會盡量取其底部較Creamy的奶，而較Frothy的就比較合用來沖Caffe La

I think I have specialized a region in my stomach for sweet dessert. I have a strict sweet indicator for chocolate, while neglecting it for the macarons.I always fall into the consumer trap when passing by the LGB counter and choose my sweet and colorful delicacies with a super indulging smile. 剛寫過 Jean-Paul Hevin 的 macarons, 才記得早前也吃過這兒的，又記下來做一個比較。有次無啦啦心血來潮想吃 macarons，跟一小友提起，不出兩日友人就送了一盒10 個的 Le Gouter Bernardaud 的 macarons 給我, 我是看傻了眼，真的謝謝了。包裝盒是高貴到不得了，跟某珠寶名牌的盒子是差不多的顏色 (所以我吃完後就保留起來作首飾盒用!)，裡面色彩繽紛的 macarons 也像寶石般陳列著，真教人捨不得吃啊！Macarons 中文可以翻成蛋白杏仁小甜餅，顧名思義是用杏仁粉、蛋白和兩種糖配合不同的餡料做成的小巧圓餠。朋友挑了五種味道：Frambroise (raspberry), Earl Grey, Pistache (pistachio), Chocolat Amer (bitter chocolate) 和Rose。(我是從說明書中得知的)試味報告 (有幾日我拿了來當早餐, 我咁大個女都未試過食咁貴的早餐 ):外層的蛋白杏仁餅鬆脆，裡面的餡料也精彩：Rose - 我最喜歡的味道, 清清地滲出玫瑰的幽香Earl Grey - 我最愛的

在尖沙咀的LGB，七彩顏色的macarons確實引起我的注意，但我總提不起勁一試，因為macarons奇怪的顏色與價錢都不大吸引。這天跟朋友吃過晚飯，朋友提議到LGB飲野，我順道買咗兩個macarons試下。macarons外鬆內煙韌，不是太甜；黑朱古力飲品，朱古力味好重，同樣不是太甜；雖然都不是便宜貨，但都值得一試﹗

我又得到 OR 的 Burn After Reading 贈券, 約了朋友去 ifc 看戲, 等她來的時候就先去同層的 LGB 食個 tea。戲院這層的 LGB 是沒有散裝 macarons 賣的, 所以我就要了一件 Orange chocolate tart ($30), 貪其上鏡嘛。見咖啡只是 illy 的出品, 而茶品卻是來自法國的自家品牌 (Bernardaud 是茶具品牌來的啊), 就從 22 款茶中挑了Soleil Vert (blood orange 血橙) (小 $24) 來配搭我的朱古力橙撻了。這裡的位子都在扶手電梯底的「露天」位, 有自然光, 幾好坐。不一會靚姐姐就送來了朱古力撻, 細心一看, 表面是令面的朱古力, 閃閃生光, 放了些蜜餞橙皮和兩條朱古力橙皮做裝飾, 還灑上了金箔, 感覺豪華。 在這層柔滑的朱古力表面下的, 是一層清甜的香橙果醬, 再之下就是以Valrhona 朱古力製成的 truffle 狀朱古力餡, 這個的朱古力味也很濃, 配上香橙這個好伴侶自是相得益彰, 只是這個 truffle 乾身了一點點喇。撻皮是香脆厚身的杏仁曲奇皮, 不錯。至於我的血橙

My friend and me come to buy some chocolate drink but don't know what different between 2 favour, the cashier very inpolite & speaking to fast, we don't understand.The Chinese cashier also very cool, and no eye contact.At 20:00, 2 cashier leave the shop and only use hand to clear the coffee table, very dirty. And some table haven't cleanup.Only the drink is okay. I will not come again.

LGB's French macaroons are probably the best in town. I have tried Jean Paul Hevin's macarons and they do have great flavours like orange ginger and gianduja (hazelnut chocolate). 呢日又到法國日，走到ifc食件法國餅。我地叫左一個cheese cake同apple tart。個cheese cake唔算太漏，又ｄ檸檬味，apple tart以為會好甜，但其實唔太甜，味道清新。杯cafe好大杯，抵飲過starbucks個ｄ。又有得食，又有得坐，而且價錢又唔貴，在ifc算好抵。

友人送了我一盒macarons。我對這些顔色有點像發毛餅乾的東西，興趣不大，因此，這店在中環開了一段時間也沒有幫襯過。今天有機會嚐到，又覺得味道幾好，caramel cafe, coco chocolat, passion, framboise, mangue citron vert，citron 我都喜歡，因爲不會太甜, 但不能接受olive，好像吃着橄欖油似的。友人說法國那邊的還會更crispy,但可能因爲香港天氣較潮濕，所以這裡的macarons就變得soft一些。無論如何，這些甜點，確實不錯。
