我對呢間野 超失望水準俾以前差左勁多我叫左一客 牛利3串 出到黎架效果 好似係度食炭牛 羊 燒多又濕 雞翼又沒味 d串燒 燒到馬馬夫夫唯獨個 蝦子面 最正常服務態度勁差 見到台面勁多野又沒人黎收 繼續閱讀

幾年前去北京,聽到不少胡同也要配合發展而清拆,不知現在的北京變成什麼樣子了。突然想到北京,是因為最近女友帶我吃了一間在坑口的串燒店叫捌拾胡同,店子面積細小,裝修簡單的以灰色為主,想營造出北京胡同的感覺。五年前的北京有見過五毫一串的羊肉串但不敢吃,有些遊客區買二十元一串但可以講價至十元,冰糖士多啤梨也可講價至五元甚至好彩的兩元有交易,不知現在還有沒有這回事了,而這兒的大多是十五至二十五元一串不等。燒原條茄子($26) 的茄子皮烤得太黑太乾,看上去很油但吃下去還未算膩,只是不太好吃,剛好相反的,上面的茄子肉很軟淋,調味上略為淡了點。玻璃豬($16) 是是晚吃到最好的,吃下去是肥而不膩而肥所佔的比例不少,瘦的也不乾,配上甜適中的醬汁,實在是好吃。農家鹽燒牛脷的鹹香足夠,可惜烤得過火,十分難咬開。烤豆卜的豆卜細小,一口一件外脆內軟,好像是加了孜然粉,不會過鹹的。這兒的一串二十捌拾胡同羊柳串 ($18) 加了孜然粉,味道特別但羊羶味偏低,肉不會太乾涸,還可以的。四粒一串的鹽燒牛柳粒,個人吃了兩粒,第一粒烤得略為過火有點韌,第二粒吃到的是鎖著肉汁,中間的肉質夠軟,兩粒也是牛味濃而鹽下的份量不會過多,好吃的。三色雞中翼($39) 的雞中翼不算肥美飽滿,勝在肉烤得不會乾。三款來說,土匪雞翼的夠辣的辣油把其他味道蓋過,不懂欣賞,中間的腐乳味道挺特別,腐乳味道不會很重,淡淡的在雞翼中會嘗到。蜜糖的最為好吃,香甜的香層中間的肉還算嫩滑,只是唯一不夠熟的就是蜜糖味,可以注意。雞肝串($14) 加了比較濃的醬油在雞肝上烤香,雞肝是有點點苦,對我來說倒是沒問題吧。火焰椰香菠蘿($18) 的菠蘿本來也是好吃的,這兒的烤過微熱的菠蘿吃下去比較酸,味道還不錯,若說加了黃糖和椰絲的感覺如何,大約與菠蘿是分開吃的,合不來但味道沒問題。這兒有再來的可能,暫時最為理想的是鹽燒牛柳粒和玻璃豬,希望下次有更多的推介。 繼續閱讀

剛開業時去過,又貴又難食,十問九唔應,結果去麥記加底,以為剛試業所以再比多次機會。今日叫左個套餐轉麺,我地take order 時怕份量太多所以先問個麵係碟上定一碗上,waiter話碗上所以我地加錢換兩碗麵,結果當然唔係啦!但最興話佢無講過Never mind !跟住同之前D. Comment 一樣狂趕客,但無full 的.最過份男侍應想攞走末食的生豪(whole dish)。D野一係難食,一係無味,所以問佢攞盬,佢話成間餐廳都無,我問佢甘你地點煮野,之後佢死死氣攞左碟盬出黎(係我教的)。呢位男侍應連個餐有咩佢都唔知。可幸的是,雙方末有惡言相向,他們只是愛理不理。難食都筧,但食到成肚氣Overall:生豪: terrible chicken wings: tastelessnoodles: good, cause it cook from package noodledrink: oksatay: tasteless and not juicytotal 250 for 2 person 繼續閱讀

老公要去 TKO 做野,叫我搵定地方食野~上 openrice 睇睇,呢間小店好似 comment 唔錯,決定去一試。個個地方我勁熟悉,因為公司其中一間分店曾經都係個度...個日都叫做 weekday,但估唔到都9成滿喎!! 入到去,間小店其實唔係小店,係超迷你店... 全間舖得4-5 tables,仲有d bar tables 咁... 店員安排左我地坐高... 但其實好迫,而且唔多舒服。由於星期一至四夜晚有 dinner set,而且個 set 仲可以揀野食既,所以我同老公就一人一個 set 啦~個 set 有得揀好似1款前菜,2款燒烤,1款燒菜,1款甜品,1款飲品。+$5 轉左個飯做蝦子撈麵,係小店既推介黎既,不過鹹到飛起!!! 前菜有我好鐘意既海蜇+青瓜,不過我唔鐘意小店個隻味,因為係有d 酸酸地個隻味道... 我諗鐘意酸酸vinegar 味既人會好鐘意。豆腐夠熱,炸蒜片都 ok,不過唔夠鹹同辣。有d 失望。side order 既燒牛 tongue,係小店推介既。果然無介紹錯,老公話好正,非常recommend 的,不過本人唔食牛,無得試。呢個係芝士迷都會好喜歡的,因為真係勁多芝士,但又唔會漏喎!! 好正!! 不過... zucchini 好似好平咋喎,唔使片咁薄呀...............?? 仲要得兩塊咁大把...?! 我個 set 的主菜係豬仔骨... 有點兒後悔叫左呢個.. 食落好似叉燒!! ~~><~~相反我老公的燒羊扒,我老公話好正好香又唔騷!!呢個係我全晚最喜歡既菜!! 好多餐廳都慢慢有推出燒 pineapple,但係呢個 style 我都第一次見,而且好夾,好好味!!!! 繼續閱讀

I have always wanted to try this place but it was hard to locate.It is situated very close to the MTR exit but well camouflaged because the building is grey and this joint is also grey and dark that it blends in.The exterior is designed so that it looks similar to a Hutong in the Ming dynasty.(For the description of Hutong, please see wikipedia)When you enter the joint, you can smell cumin and other spices.The joint is quite cosy with tables and bar tables.On the walls there are lots of posters and old Chinese ornaments.They do not have an English menu and the Chinese menu was confusing for me.I must be dyslexic at reading Chinese menus because it took me ages to understand their set meal.The set meal had items that I wanted to try, so I ordered that.However I wish the tables were bigger, unless you were sitting on a table for four people, there is not enough table space for all those dishes★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Duck breast in beer and sichuan spices:This was an interesting appetiser because of beer and the sichuan spices.The sichuan spices contain sichuan peppercorns which give your mouth a tingling sensation.I liked the way the sauce gave a tingling sensation from the peppercorns followed by the bitterness and fizzyness of the beer.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled cuttlefish ballsIt could have been grilled more evenly because part of it was burnt and black and the cuttlefish balls were cut in half, so you only get two cuttlefish balls per skewer.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Triangle shaped fishballs:The texture was just like rubber, very chewy and elastic, but they tasted OK.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled BeefIt was quite fatty, but tasted ok.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled octopus mouth:Not sure if they were cooked because they were slightly translucent.
