Oyster is the main theme of the Sunday Brunch. But other components were still impressive. Main courses: there are totally 5-6 courses but we have ordered the Lamb Rack and Seabrass. Limb Rack is very juicy, well with the mild herbs used in the booking Seabrass, smooth well with the olive oil used in cooking They would serve red and white together with the main course Red is the Muscian Shiraz and White is from southern France Both are table wine quality, maybe just concentrate on the food is a better idea!! Dessert - I appreciate their delicateness in making the dessert into mini size. Quality is okay- I love the Tofu Mosse- smooth with tofu flavour but not sweet~ You can have Suffle of different flavours. One drawback is that the " different flavour" is just a sauce for you pouring over plain suffle not mixed inside... Coffee - okay, you can expect very good delicate coffee. I have ordered a Flat white but I would prefer Mc cafe one to this one. I am not complaining with mutal understanding that nothing is perfect.

一個人有點納悶。原本想到mezza 9 等waiting list. 但mezza 9 職員也覺得奇怪,一個人會食buffet ma? 後來收到電話未能安排到,就走到grill 58 地下的侍應話今晚冇客,不用訂枱也可。 叫了dry aged american grain fed striploin. 心情驅使下叫medium well as i dont want to see blood leaking from the steak... i paired up with red from sicily island of medium tannin and red cranberry flavour. sauce i chose pozu sauce which is quite appetising.. Oyster is seasonal food and it is especially delicious in months ended with ER like September. Having sunday brunch here is one of my favourite program in autumn apart from having BBQ buffet in Peninsula Hotel. Talking about the environment first , it was fabulous although today limited by poor air quality , maybe affected by typhoon coming to Hong Kong. Oyster as the main theme of the brunch never disappoint me. There are 5 types of Oysters today. 2 From Australia- Pitt water and tasmania Pitt water- very salty my favoutire type, crispy Tasmania- crispy and sweet 2 from US Eagle Rock - Creamy, Crounchy and fruity Barron point- less creamy but more sweet 1-Scotland Loch Fyne- hm... medium , fresh There are choice of baked oysters But I dont think they are delicious, 3 types one with cheese, one with spinach another with bacon. Champagne they use is Mumm. Autolytic flavour and fresh citus and green apple. Good acidity well matched with the fresh oysters. Good Marriage! Other seafood are available like crab, sashimi and sald. Not much impressive. They are really fresh I have to say. Continue to talk about other hot dishes and desserts later

Very cosy environment with opus one bottles on demonstration. The color tone is very matching American style here. For appetizer, 🦀 cake is the prioritized choice here We ordered the beef burger and petit filet mignon as mains.
