放學後同學仔帶我們去金牌海鮮火鍋吃午飯,先來雪影叉燒包,香脆外皮配美味叉燒又幾唔錯!羊肚珍菌餃,真係很久沒有吃澄麵造的餃子,那通透的外皮帶出晶瑩感,饀料裏的羊肚珍菌是一種珍稀食用菌品種,因其菌蓋表面凹凸不平、狀如羊肚而得名,羊肚菌 含蛋白質,多糖,甲殼質,脂,磷酸鹽。餃子饀料還有有一種名貴果仁,但我一時想不起名稱,餃子味道比較清淡,我們五人茶聚,點選一籠半,合共六顆,第一次見酒樓咁靈活處理。蒸鮮魷尚可。不見油膩的蘿蔔絲酥,冇得頂!菜遠龍躉籠仔蒸飯,龍很滑、香,好味道!很滿足的一頓午飯! continue reading

再次嚟金牌火窩,又有新發現!!脆响鈴原來是自家鮮炸的。侍應一扲入嚟,一陣油香撲鼻。放入至正的牛雜湯底數着一、二、三,拿上來,比一般火窩店吃到的脆响鈴鬆脆許多,真的不吃不可。花甲也有驚喜,勁鮮甜。放進番茄薯仔湯底,更顯其真彰。 continue reading

天氣開始凍, 打邊爐癮開始發作~ 短短兩星期內除咗小肥牛, 我竟然特登過海一星期內仲黎咗兩次金牌(分別同媽咪, 朋友)~兩個人竟然坐到架位, 太好了~ d staffs都好有禮貌介紹~ 小肥牛同金牌都係我打邊爐至愛, 各有各賣點, 難分勝負!! 金牌比起小肥牛價錢會貴少少, 但賣點係食材更加新鮮好有味道~叫咗什菌魚頭湯$98, 非常多料, 個湯非常甜, 所以臨走飲咗幾碗~牛頸脊$268(差不多size但比小肥牛貴$100)~ 但金牌切得厚身d, 好有牛味, 好有口感!!海中蝦$28一兩, 4隻係7兩, $196, 好貴~ 但媽咪鍾意, 無所謂啦~炸腐皮$48(比小肥牛貴$12)~ 但金牌新鮮炸得黎更加薄身, 薄到筷子夾會碎, 所以超新鮮超脆超正!!白牛柏葉$38(比小肥牛貴$9), 但比小肥牛切得大塊, 唔會熟咗縮咗水之後食唔到野!!西洋菜, 超級新鮮爽口, 連我食肉多過食菜嘅人都狂食菜~另外金菇$28(比小肥牛平$8)~, 脆鯇魚片$48, 合理~ 芋絲$28~ 粟米$38~ 西洋菜$28~ 豆腐$28(比小肥牛平$2)~可樂$15(比小肥牛貴$6)~總括, 又係非常滿意 我打邊爐至愛嘅飯堂~ 極力推介牛頸脊同<font face="Helvetica" size="3">炸腐皮~</font> continue reading

蝦丸,算幾彈口,不過不能滾太長時間會鞋鞋地。美國肥牛,$98, 不是很多,都唔平。呢個菜,叫日本菜,$78一份,我以為係普通皇帝菜$38一份,我們重叫了2份。甘貴總之唔叫。都食左落肚,無得上數。響玲我的至愛,上台見到剛炸起的油,好脆,脆到不能太大力夾。$48有9個,算係甘,平時得6個,食到到喉不到肺。一家3口,打邊鍋,個牛湯底,$188, 內有牛什同牛骨x2,個湯底同出面牛腩麵甘好好味。我們一家是牛魔王。由於湯底特濃,所以不要食太貴牛肉,因為食唔到鮮味,丸都係,同埋個湯底內已有一些肉,不要叫太多。可能食唔晒,豆腐吸味超正。 continue reading
