Ingredient and Portion
Plain Flour 600g
Eggs 2
Granulated sugar 57g
Oil 113g
Water 1 1/2cup
Seasoning
Stir fried peanuts, finely chopped 113g
Stir fried white sesame 38g
Granulated sugar 113g
Method
Place plain flour on work surface. Make a well in the center. Add eggs, oil and granulated sugar and mix well. Add water and knead into soft dough.

Roll dough into thin sheet and stamp out round with a glass of diameter of 2 inches. Stuff with filling and seal and crimp the edge. Deep fry in hot oil over mid-low heat until golden brown. Remove and drain. Leave to cool and store in air-tight container.
