To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實之前食過千兩都已經有唔好嘅經驗，好耐之前食過IFC分店叫咗個刺身拼盤遲遲都唔上，一上啲蝦唔新鮮都算但竟然連蝦腸都未挑! 條蝦腸粗過條牙線，我都唔知可以點食！所以之後一直都冇食過千兩。諗住再俾多次機會試吓啦，點知都極為失望。當日唔使排隊一上去即入。見到有大toro壽司，睇落個樣好吸引，點知原來個樣係信唔過㗎! 拖羅條邊嘅油脂部份咬都咬唔到! 個感覺都幾嘔心。我真係對佢哋冇期望。如果以後有人話要去食千兩，我諗我淨係會叫手卷食。
