To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両的壽司🍣係連鎖店中屬於高質，今日到中環想吃壽司二話不說便想起他，午市十分多人，等了12張枱才能入座。特別一提係店員見到我抱住小朋友，仲安排張櫈俾我坐住等，真係好！卷物方面十分推介特式呑拿魚卷🍣和廣島蠔卷🦪。特式呑拿魚卷用上赤身，中拖羅和大拖羅，包入青瓜和醃製黃瓜，有肥美又爽脆的口感。廣島蠔卷的蠔頗大，炸蠔做得十分美味，香脆可口。壽司叫了兩款時令的真鯛，辣味三文魚，螺片，左口魚邊和醬油漬赤身。真鯛魚十分鮮美，一款配上鮟鱇魚肝，另一款配上胡麻醬，兩款都十分好味，大推！其餘款式都是每次都會叫的壽司，不會失望😊

今天想吃日本菜，又有兩張美心券，一於到千両食午餐。由於友人拎位，一去到就坐低。但12點半時門口都有不少人等位，所以想食應該要12點到了。叫了兩客壽司十件set，二百幾蚊左右。他的沙律有魷魚和秋葵，魷魚煙煙韌韌配上芝麻醬，又幾配合。海膽鮮甜，每一塊也很完整，沒有已溶了一Pat的樣子。拖羅亦很肥美，可惜都是有根的，不過不算多。油甘魚很好食，油脂充足，很有光澤。其餘的魚也很鮮甜。這個份量和質素的壽司性價比很高， 10分推介！

中環食午飯嘅一大特色係「爭分奪秒」，只要差不多到12點，就一定要決定好去邊度食，然後即刻行動，否則過左12:30真係有排等。今次因為做嘢遲左出動，索性等到2:30先悠閑踱步到千両。全場得返兩三枱客，點左個午市壽司set，唔算特別出彩，叫做不過不失，勝在坐得舒服夠hea。

剛剛過了最繁忙的午餐時間, 只是想食個下午茶消磨時間, 在沒有人流慢慢的在選擇喜歡的美味壽司.除了叫壽司之外也點了蠔之類的食物, 烤蠔的美味在於肥大的蠔裡面的汁被濃縮, 海入面的生命精華.壽司也做得出色, 只是比一般壽司貴不到一倍的價錢食到這等美味相當值得. 尤其在不用等候的時刻.

公司清假就順手約保險朋友仔傾吓保險事項約咗佢喺中環嘅千両食個午餐嘩一睇個餐牌都覺得唔平喎果然係中環區諗住散嗌嘅，但係諗睇落好似叫餐抵啲我同朋友仔每人都各自嗌咗一份午餐午餐得兩個😁一個係烏冬餐一個係10件壽司餐見到啲壽司都覺得好新鮮👍🏻👍🏻每件魚生啲肉同飯嘅比例係六比四，正丫😋佢仲有海膽壽司，所以加埋環境我覺得都可以接受嘅二百幾蚊一個餐同埋佢個燉蛋入邊係一隻蝦同埋一粒帶子果然唔係普通嘅燉蛋👍🏻😋
