Went to Tai Wai with my family, and finally selected this resto for dinner after passing by many resto. .My sis and I shared the Locomotive Pho served for Two. The portion was super huge with lots of rice noodles. We couldn't finish the noodles at last and the noodles became soaky. The ingredients included raw beef, beef brisket, beef balls and Vietnamese sausages. My dad got Cold Rice Vermicelli with Deep Fried Shrimp Cake. With a fried golden surface, the shrimp cake was thick and chewy. Dipping it with sweet and sour sauce increased its attractiveness.

My mom ordered Cold Rice Vermicelli with Lemongrass Pork Chop. The pork chop was cut in large pieces with a tender texture. The Lemongrass enhanced the savoury of the pork chop.

Price was reasonable as the portion was of huge amount. The floor of the resto was a bit sticky, so I guess its hygiene needed to be improved.
