Difference in service quality between staff. First, there wasn’t an explicit area to order food or staff designated for taking orders so I stood at the counter hoping someone would take my order. However, a staff was making drinks whereas the other staff was busy taking to two other woman so I stood there waiting without anyone addressing my needs. I wished the staff could have momentarily paused their conversation and at least ask if I need anything, instead of ignoring me and continuing their
First, there wasn’t an explicit area to order food or staff designated for taking orders so I stood at the counter hoping someone would take my order.
However, a staff was making drinks whereas the other staff was busy taking to two other woman so I stood there waiting without anyone addressing my needs. I wished the staff could have momentarily paused their conversation and at least ask if I need anything, instead of ignoring me and continuing their conversation. Whereas, the other staff who was making drinks saw me standing there and immediately took my order. There is just a disparity between treatment, I hope not to feel disrespected and ignored next time.
