To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放寬晚市堂食人數之後，人流真係多啲，好彩仲俾我搵到個空位坐。出餐嘅速度都快，坐唔夠五分鐘就準備好喇。雜扒鐵板餐 $64加左$5會多個肉醬意粉，分量都唔細，除咗肉醬仲有少少辣味，真心算唔錯，意粉都煮得透，唔會話太硬😋個脆豬包上面有好多粉，附送牛油，不過個包有啲難切開，成個包食唔到咩味，普通面包一個。佢個薯餅送到黎仲係脆，建議食咗先好淋汁😂 成個餐會有一塊牛扒、豬扒同雞扒，正常快餐店質素，大小適中，味道純粹黑椒汁嘅味。呢個價錢嚟講算抵食，雖然唔係咩高檔肉，但絕對食得飽。
