To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實小妹都真係幾鍾意食茶記上次去依間食左菠蘿油，西多士今次試其他先，真係搞笑同朋友點既野全部都係炒楊州，廈門，星州真係多地方名-星州炒米 $44足料，炒得夠勻又夠乾身-雞扒炒烏冬 $46依個真係無得輸，係四碟入面最好果碟（本人覺得），雞扒好似浸過落美極咁，好入味，上菜果時係最香依碟-楊州炒飯 $44同星米一樣都係炒到好乾身，一粒粒咁，不過叉燒燶左少少，如果多啲叉燒就更好啦-廈門炒米 $44都夠酸，正正常常咁，份量都幾多講到尾，我都係最欣賞個雞扒炒烏冬，依個會再encore見佢餐牌都有另外推介一個西炒通粉，但係因為我麻麻地鍾意食通粉，所以無試到
