To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和小朋友行完街入去坐低，諗住試下菠蘿油，西多等岀名食品，已叫左三樣食物及一杯飲品，怎知店舖強迫每人一定要叫一杯飲品才可落單，落單阿姐黑面說不叫不俾落單，我帶住個三歳小朋友去，加上不是每個人也想飲飲品，怎可能強迫人一定要叫飲品呢？你可以選擇每人最低消費，但不可強迫人必須要叫飲品(其實餐枱上本身也有註明最低消費字眼被刻意修改)
