To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍灣 Mega Box 食店林立 包括中 日 西 東南亞 豐儉由人 今天我去了8/F的越南菜館 店舖面積不算很大 因疫情 枱與枱之間加了屏風 所以有點壓迫感 出品方面 有優有劣 優的是脆皮牛腩伴咖喱 外皮炸得很脆口 不油膩 牛腩軟硬適中且味濃 配上香濃椰汁咖喱 配法包一流呢原個椰青焗飯 椰青上有一片焗得微焦的椰汁 賣相特別 飯帶有海鮮粒 味道清新河內燒春雞釀香茅黃薑飯 外形漂亮 鷄肉嫩滑 黃薑味比香茅濃 也不錯炭燒鷄翼很普通 可以接受黑豚肉伴越南肉丸 有點過火 肉稍柴及乾 較差偶然吃一餐 轉下口味也無妨
