To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后必食-華姐清湯腩！呢間向來都排好多人，今日早咗放工，18:45就去到排得比較前。首先緊係飲湯先。佢一上到枱，啲味已經好香好清，果然一飲就覺得好清甜，係用咗蘿蔔去煮嘅湯味，仲再加上牛腩嘅腩汁，會飲唔停，當然最後都係有食晒碗麵飲晒啲湯～牛腩啲紋好靚，煮得好淋，啲腩汁索晒入去，每咬一啖都食到湯汁嘅味。再加上牛腩嘅肥膏同油脂，完美昇華咗，少少哋好香嘅牛騷味，令人想一食再食！入面好多人食另一款，入去就聞到好香，我下次會想試埋魚蛋同咖哩！
