今天企鵝二送企鵝到天后學車企鵝二等我下課期間,發現了新大陸:華姐清湯腩一向(超)喜歡粉麵的他拉著我來為了感謝他接我下課,不餓的我便陪他吃今天的第二頓午餐下午四時多店內座無虛席店外還有人龍令我也不禁抱有一絲期待等了一會我們進去坐在一張圓木桌前我們看著餐牌點了兩樣較穩陣的:1. 清湯牛腩河 (HK$42)2. 清湯牛筋河 (HK$42)等了一會,兩碗河粉同時上桌雖然眼看是平凡的清湯,但非常入味!牛腩肥瘦相夾,很腍牛筋彈牙入味,不錯牛腩和牛筋的份量也算合理河粉很薄但有點粗幼不一 (從大家的食評,)兩隻企鵝知道可能從前的華姐清湯腩更好吃但今天一遇,也覺得很不錯咧店雖然客人多生意好但伙記還是維持秩序,請內地客不好打尖企鵝們聽著刀子一下一下劈在砧板上一啖一啖地把碗中的食物吃光 continue reading

Clean, light and flavourful broth with tender beef. The dish didn't feel heavy at all which is great. Very friendly service and they look after their customers well. The restaurant is pretty tiny but that's normal in HK. Will be back again! continue reading
