#搞串個pantry粥粉麵飯四樣,今次就專攻第一樣———粥。唔同地區對於粥有唔同嘅食法,有啲地方會係白粥配小菜🥢,有啲地方會有咸粥🥘。而香港就有新鮮材料生滾粥啦!👏🏻今次呢間粥店係上環已經非常出名!嚟到粥店一坐低🧘🏻‍♀️,就叫咗一碗及第粥($44),一碗鮮豬心粥($44)🐽,同埋一碟懷舊腸粉($19)。及第粥呢個名其實由豬內臟被稱為「雜底」一詞,以讀音相近而被改稱為及第粥🤯!所以粥入面會有豬心、豬粉腸、豬肝,而呢間店仲加咗豬肉丸☄️!成碗粥份量非常多,每一樣內臟都有3,4舊,豬肉丸都有兩粒💕。粥的米粒亦煲至開花🪷,非常綿滑!豬心、豬肝嘅口感非常出色,前者爽口彈牙、後者唔會太粉!但係豬粉腸就略嫌內臟嘅腥味過重啦😕。而鮮豬心粥,唔洗多講,豬心嘅數量多到嚇親。但係食食吓,竟然食到有魚骨🦴,真係差啲哽死🤯。其實呢個情況係好多粥店都會發生,共用一煲,上手滾完啲脆肉鯇,就會有機會啲魚骨留咗落下一煲🥶。最後,碟腸粉就…當係用嚟送粥啦!😤❤️補充吓,呢度嘅粥有分細碗、大碗,驚食唔曬可以叫細碗🎉!另外,每碗粥會跟一小碗葱、豉油,加落碗粥度,味道立即昇華📈🔥
