To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

京式片皮鴨 $168傳統咁會有一籠蒸皮、青瓜、蔥絲、醬汁。上菜時，呀姐會拎原隻燒鴨過黎，即場切片。蒸皮上菜時仲熱辣辣，岩岩蒸好。鴨燒得唔錯，個皮好脆，多肉。豆陽豆豉雞煲 $98雞件夠滑，唔會好多碎骨。味道唔錯，撈飯食一流。南瓜🎃雜菜煲 $98雜菜煲顧名思義，有唔同款式既菜。有菜心、西蘭花🥦、白菜仔、生菜，再搭配粉絲同南瓜，清淡養身之選。呢到有一點要讚係佢所有菜式，上菜時仍保留到熱辣辣既感覺，而且煲仔款個d熱度都保持到幾耐，起碼我地食左一段時間，都仲熱。
