坪洲一日遊,先嚟呢度食早餐。時間尚早所以仲有幾張枱,老闆話每張枱只可以坐兩個人,我哋四個人就分開咗兩張枱。得老闆一人包辦晒所有工作,都要等咗一陣老闆先有時間過嚟幫我哋落單。星期日同埋假期係冇早餐套餐,所以要散嗌,當然點左呢度出名嘅炒通。見老闆一個人做到踢晒腳,觀察到呢度嘅街坊都會好體諒,好多時會自己幫下手,去廚房度同佢點菜,又會自己走去counter嗰度攞煮好嘅食物。見到另外一行五人嘅遊客,老闆都係同佢哋講一台只可以坐人,佢哋就感覺到有啲奇怪,之後老闆又忙自己嘅嘢,佢哋擾攘咗一陣想落單嘅時候,老闆預先聲明,上菜起碼要等四個字,嗰班人見要等咁耐所以就離開咗撈⋯⋯ 似乎老闆佢有佢自己嘅原則,唔好諗住嚟到期望一般餐廳嘅服務水準⋯⋯ 見老闆喺廚房炒野啲鑊氣冚冚聲,見到好大火,個炒通真係好夠鑊氣,味道都唔錯,用嘅豉油都唔會好鹹,好有豉油味,足料,有牙菜、洋蔥、雜菜,不過就幾油,通粉亦都幾林,公司炒通有腸仔、火腿、牛肉,雞扒亦都好大塊,幾豐富,朋友食嘅沙嗲牛肉丁,沙嗲夠濃味,牛肉質素亦都好好,奶茶又香又滑,食得都幾滿足,不過叫做試逐個就算啦⋯⋯ 個廁所就麻麻哋啦,經過仲見到有啲地方都幾污糟⋯⋯
