To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百樂潮州酒家除了潮州菜出色之外,午餐飲茶亦不錯的。他們的鐵觀音很香,茶味夠濃,最喜歡是他們的辣椒油,配香煎蘿蔔糕或蝦餃燒賣也是不錯的選擇。如果很喜歡吃點心的話,可能要有點失望,因為它們的點心種類不是太多,炒粉麵飯午餐選擇比較多,最常吃的就是蠔仔粥,每次也會點來吃,遇上蠔當造的季節蠔仔會很大粒的。
