仲記得疫情期間去Staycation就比九香既自助餐吸引咗,被譽為城中性價比最高既自助餐之一,由凍海鮮、蟹腳、刺身到海量既正宗東南亞料理都引人入勝,今晚同另一半再黎睇下疫情後仲係咪依然咁吸引開關後大家都多咗出外地搵食,反而可能忽略咗本土原味道,九香既自助餐主題係港式。港食,繼本來合作緊既燒鵝名店鏞記酒家同麥奀記外,仲加入咗健康工房同低調高手大街小食等本地品牌自助餐範圍有成十二個開放式廚房,無論係芝士意粉、印度薄餅、日本串炸、雲吞麵、燒味到沙律吧都有,見到沙律吧都有隻大火腿係度,師傅即叫即切又香又甘既火腿片落沙律開始當然點都係食凍海鮮先,有原隻波士頓龍蝦同長蟹腳,入口有鮮味,唔會過份雪藏味,肉質依然有咬口生猛然後刺身壽司區覺得都充滿誠意,刺身有超級肥美既大拖羅、爽口彈牙既八爪魚、希靈魚、帶子同三文魚,厚薄適中,食落有滿足感;壽司都唔係普通貨色,全部有設計過造型同配搭,例如吞拿魚蓉手卷、腐皮船同海膽小卷都係睇得又食得港式部份有老牌既鏞記燒味,包括有北京填鴨、脆皮燒肉、豉油雞同埋蜜汁叉燒等等,其中最好食一定係叉燒,因為有齊各個部份,鍾情於半肥瘦既有五層腩肉叉,鍾意食鬆軟瘦中帶油既又有,入口鬆

港式部份有老牌既鏞記燒味,包括有北京填鴨、脆皮燒肉、豉油雞同埋蜜汁叉燒等等,其中最好食一定係叉燒,因為有齊各個部份,鍾情於半肥瘦既有五層腩肉叉,鍾意食鬆軟瘦中帶油既又有,入口鬆化惹味;其次麥奀記既雲吞細細粒bite size,適合自助餐淺嚐港式老味道既貼心設計

日本串炸係關西大阪非常盛行,估唔到香港都體驗到,有十幾種材料,包括牛舌、雞肉、牛肉、大蝦、茄子同埋蕃薯等等,炸漿上薄而脆,調味較簡單,一定要配佢地6款特式醬汁,例如洋蔥醬、咖哩醬同穀物芥末醬等等

踏入甜品既地帶都令人眼花繚亂,傳來陣陣蛋香既係新加盟既低調高手大街小食,十五年歷史既筲箕灣雞蛋仔名店,唔少明星遊客都去幫襯,即將係銅鑼灣開分店,九龍呢邊就只可以係九香有得食,師傅即場打蛋漿再即烤,烤完再細心花時間吹走水汽,每粒金黃飽滿,食落非常脆口,咬開就見係半空氣半蛋糕既構造,完美既雞蛋仔就係度有得食,仲有朱古力同鹹蛋黃兩款口味

平時去自助餐飲野都係汽水果汁呢類偏唔健康既野,呢度就同健康工房打造出更上一層樓既體驗,有涼茶碗裝金銀菊花茶同清熱夏枯草,最後仲可以食碗土茯苓龜苓膏,真係下火一流,冇哂食自助餐既罪惡感
