今天朋友請吃自助午餐,昨天訂位所以坐近門口近甜品位置。來到時入座率有95%,是日用匯豐百金卡有75折,openrice折扣劵則8折。一開始先吃少少熱食打打底,行過看見剛好完成的灸燒三文魚壽司,也試了一點。串燒雞,豬不錯,好味在於沙嗲汁岩味,不太鹹,薄餅也一讚👍🏻三文魚刺身則略嫌淡口。打完底就試試海鮮類,龍蝦鉗較鹹😵反而長腳蟹有鮮味👍🏻勝子沒有殻,樣子不好看也不夠鮮甜😑蛽鮮甜👍🏻蝦較鞋😑因為行得比較遠,加上和朋友聊天,所以每round拿得較多一點😁第三round, 鐵板牛扒👌🏻軟嫩、烤雜椒👍🏻,烤豬就比較淡味。巴馬火腿不錯,香得來不太鹹,蜜瓜亦夠甜。肉類過後要吃些蔬菜平衡一下😋 再取的巴馬火腿顏色較深,味道亦較鹹,第一次取的較香較好吃。來碗冬陰功湯間間場,椰汁味濃,不辣。另外有芥辣味煙三文魚及檸檬味三文魚,幾新鮮有趣,可以一試。另外試了點芝士味道也不錯。雖然已經飽了,但又想試試即炒意粉,自選材料及醬汁👍🏻投降了,是時候吃甜點:最愛班戥一定要吃,H字頭多款口味雪糕,大致有十多款。我選了紅、藍苺和綠茶😋,配香蕉班戥吃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻再試了幾件甜點:芝士蛋糕和法式焦糖燉蛋較👍🏻,不太甜😋😋最後排隊拿了一份心太軟,每15分鐘出大概12件😋飽足過後喝杯餐茶聊聊天,滿足一餐,每人不到$300,算是抵食,難怪入座率高。 continue reading

雖是LUNCH BUFFET, 除了吃正餐, 這次是為抹茶甜品而來的。 先來一碟刺身, 三文魚魚脂分佈均混適中, 吞拿魚亦算爽口, 兩者都十分新鮮, 可ENCORE。 然後試一試海鮮, 種類凡多, 長腳蟹, 海螺, 青口, 蜆, 蝦, 等等。全部都很海鮮, 而且不會太鹹, 毎件都大大件, 好有口感。其實這裏有世界各地的菜式, 本人只是毎樣試了點, 就重點轉移至甜品。抹茶拿破崙: 中間的抹茶餡很香茶味, 且不太甜, 不過拿破崙皮郤稍軟, 不夠脆, 切不下, 但整體吃下, 有一大口抹茶CUSTER在口中, 已很滿足吧。 抹茶OPERA: 好味之選, 有抹茶味, 亦有朱古力味, 兩者一層又一層搭著, 各味道各佔蛋糕之50%, 取其中庸之道, ENCORE。 抹茶CUPCAKE: 正! 單單一個CUPCAKE, 有未足的抹茶香, 蛋糕鬆軟, 就連CREAM也有點點抹茶香, 蛋糕要連CREAM吃, 才不會覺得乾。 抹茶芝士餅: 芝士味及抹茶味各佔一伴, 配塔得宜, 芝士餅十分軟滑。 榛子朱古力蛋糕: 不常見, 除朱古力外, 中間是夾心CREAM加大量榛子碎, 榛子味香濃, 很好吃。最後, 不得不提就是朱古力心太軟, 原來有限數量, 先到先吃, 再來多個ENCORE也沒有了。這心太軟有十足的可可味, 中間呈半流心狀態, 一切下, 朱古心流心便慢慢流出來, 另再配以HAAGEN DAZ雪糕來吃, 一冷一暖的口感真的令人回味, 必食之選。 continue reading

冷盤和熱盤的款式琳琅滿目,由煙燻三文魚、芝士、麵包和各樣新鮮的沙律菜形成了一個頭盤區。餐廳供應三種火腿,四種口味的厚切三文魚,旁邊擺放著多款不同的沙律醬汁,方便食客配搭附近另一旁的多種新鮮沙律菜,而芝士的種類也很多,足有十多種選擇。燒烤部份有燒牛仔肉伴約克郡布甸,餐廳供應了幾款不同口味的海鹽,包括有原味海鹽、竹炭鹽、綠茶鹽、橙鹽、青檸鹽、薰衣草鹽,海鹽可用來沾其他燒烤檔的食物,讓食客為燒烤食物的口味帶來不同變化。再往印度咖喱區,看見印度烤雞和各款咖喱,看來十分吸引,我試了一點咖喱蟹和我至愛的印度胡椒餅和各款沾醬,味道不錯。然後,我發現了有人在煎鵝肝!鵝肝切得厚厚的,看得我口水流,鵝肝煎得外脆内嫩,入口油香攻陷味蕾,配上香脆小多士,加上點點黑醋作平衡,滋味無窮,怕三高的我,失守地嘆了三、四件。吃了太多鵝肝多士,由於怕太飽,泡菜意大利薄餅和帶子意大利薄餅都沒有試了,就連材料豐富的即製的意大利粉也沒有試,因為,我有更重要的戰區未進攻——當然就是甜品啦!所以一定要預留一些空間。反而我試了一小件賣相吸引香脆可口的煙燻倉魚,美味。其實熱盤還有幾個區:星馬區供應沙嗲串燒、喇沙湯之類。港式區有各種燒味。泰式區有冬蔭功湯和泰式沙律等等,雖然儘量淺嚐,但由於食品種類實在太多,眼闊肚窄的我真的未能一一品嚐呢! continue reading
